Nice folks but I have not been able to get back with them due to my work schedule.
I was told by the salesman Regime that the car I was interested in was a 10 out of 10. Decided to purchase, got loan, added car to insurance and got a one way rental to Raleigh to go get it. After taking the day off work and spending $250 to get there we pulled in to find the car was actually two different colors of gray. It had been wrecked and poorly repaired with the hood and front quarter panel not matching the rest of the car. Needless to say I was unhappy. Test drive the car anyway only to be completely disappointed by a car that was, at best severly out of alignment, at worst had a bent frame. You would think the dealer would be apologetic after wasting my time and money but instead I was told I just didn't know how to handle a high HP audi (lol it has 200 less HP than my ttrs) and the car was fine. It's the cheapest rs3 online, nardo gray, and they've had it for 90 days. But sure it's fine lol. A week later and my refundable deposit has not been refunded. Stay away.

Applied to purchase a car and everyone was so helpful and they did everything with professional attitude. I was approved but did not end up purchasing due to my credit score. It was way lower than I expected. Many thanks to Cloey for her patience. I hope to do business in the future.

Not usually one to leave bad reviews, but I don't want someone in need of reliable transportation to be duped. The car was good on the surface, but this dealership failed to disclose many obvious problems with the car until of course I had to find out myself. The coolant reservoir was bubbling and exhaust had a weird smell... both tell tale signs of a head gasket on its way out, but of course that wasn't mentioned. The engine almost stalled out just idling, and while test driving it would cut out randomly. When warm the car had trouble starting back up as well. They were friendly on the surface but blatantly leaving out big issues with the car gives me bad vibes. I recommend bringing a mechanic to inspect if you choose to purchase a vehicle from here.
Amazing service, went above and beyond to help me, a first time buyer, secure a vehicle. Even gave me tips on how to get the best deal in terms of a car loan.
Only think to watch out for is making sure that the trim for the vehicle listed is accurate. I thought I was getting a good deal on my vehicle, only to find out that the trim that was listed was higher than the trim I was actually getting for my vehicle. But I had not realized this until after I already purchased the vehicle, and it does say at the bottom of the website that they are not responsible for that, so I can’t really take away from the dealership on that one.

Honest dealership! Joseph the salesman was fantastic! Adam the owner was great, very respectful and understanding. Had a great experience with this dealership and very satisfied with the vehicle purchased. They are fair with trade in values as well, negotiations are present and honest prices for what you are buying. Highly recommend this dealership to anyone!

He was very knowledgeable about the vehicle that I was interested in and Adam was awesome as well in the finance department!!! Priced to high with no negotiating room and then would have charged $600 administration fees which would have increased the price up even more. I can't deal with a dealer if they don't want to deal

I searched for a suv with third row and one of their vehicles came up! I contacted the dealer and they verify that they did have three rows! The day of my appointment I found out it was only TWO row after I texted the sales Rep asking for pictures of the third row! They still haven’t changed it online
Emailed dealer regarding the vehicle I was interested in, received a reply asking for my phone number, without answering any questions in my email. I sent a reply to please answer my questions...several times, with no further response. I don't need to chase after someone to SELL me a product.

Great follow up, and even when the car we originally went to see did not work out for us, she asked us what we were looking for and then texted me directly to let us know when cars matching our search specifications came in. Wonderful, down-to-earth refreshing person to work with!
Lee is full of crap! He gives nothing but broken promises!! He just bragged about himself the whole time! Put in an application online in order to find out eligibility before driving 2 hours away. Called to Inquire about application and spoke with Lee. Thinking that he had already reviewed the application, considering that’s what we called to inquire about, he told us to come on by that he “would make us an offer we couldn’t refuse!” He was told that we had a 2 hour drive and that credit score for the application wasn’t great. He still insisted that he could make something work. We drive down and got nothing but a bunch of broken promises! He told us that we would have to come back the next day. We called the next day and were told they weren’t going to be able to finance. What was the purpose in putting in the application ahead of time if it didn’t seem to make anything faster nor did it prevent us from wasting our time! Total waste of time!
The transit that was (so he said) received approval for me was not the transit that was shown to me. The transit that was shown the door would not hardly opened and inside was not that clean. The transit look like it had been wrecked. I will never recommend this dealership. They are crooks and liars
. Once II left the dealership the salesman called me and still tried to convince me to return and purchase the same transit I just refused to purchase. Stay away

Asked for info in an email. Unless mistaken never got a response. Their site is good.
Told me there wasnt anything wrong with the car, drove it for 15 or so minutes didn't have anything wrong with it until I got it back home and took it to a garage and they told me I needed 500 dollars worth of parts to make it safe. Didnt sell me the list price but did negotiate with me because it had a deal on it I guess. They were very nice though.

Currently in final stretch of what has been a GREAT EXPERIENCE! I actually found this car st Frontline , then researched on line here at Cargurus. Adam at Frontline Motors has been outstanding!!! I’m currently in last few steps of taking a delivery via transporter. I purchased car site unseen except for Car-Fax, Website pictures and honest info from Adam at dealership. Paperwork completed via computer or overnight mail. Looking for car delivery next 48 hours. Only 3-4 hours away from dealer but car is mint & gift for mom to drive to Supermarket/Church. Will give additional review following delivery. Car reported and looks Excellent, Sales Service Excellent, Good Competitive pricing.

The sales man was a very nice guy. The car we bought has many more problems than what was seen at the dealer. The dealer tried to conceal some leaks with some sort of glue or sealer. The car is now in the shop after a week and a half and the bill is going to be 4,789.00 to get everything repaired.

I was very pleased with the service I received from this dealership . I emailed them about the truck and I got a quick response . When I went to the dealership to try out the truck I met with Adam who replied to my email, he is a very nice guy and was very helpful. What is great about this dealership is that it is family owned. The next day when I called and told Adam I wanted the truck and that I was on my way , they made a repair to the truck that they didn't have to do but they did and I appreciate that !

Frontline staff were friendly and very helpful. I definitely recommend that if
you find a car that is on their lot, check it out!
The facility was clean. The car I went to test drive was clean and seemingly

Interestingly enough, I saw this listing and talked with Sam at Frontline Motors (via CarGurus) early in my search for a 2000 or 2001 Cherokee Sport. After a few other similar vehicle inquiries and a test drive in Virginia, hoping for one with less mileage, I came back around to Frontline remembering how well Sam had answered my questions initially. Adam helped me on the next go round including a test drive. These guys are very professional, their online information about the car was accurate, and I felt good about buying at Frontline. The only reason I'm not giving them a 5-star rating is that the two supports on the back liftgate needed replacing, which I felt should have been done. Overall, a very good experience at Frontline Motors.
