This was the worst experience in the entire car buying experience I had, after test driving the car and putting money down to hold it, they still were advertising the car and telling people to come test drive it and then when I had the money I was then told they had taken the car to “auction” because they didn’t have the pink slip the only positive was I got the 1000 back I put down I will never go back to that place

The service at Fritts Ford has always been accommodating and first class experience.
I tell them what I want and there’s no high pressure sales.
The customer service experience is well worth my time.

they advertised a truck for 25,000, I called and spoke to Jaime, explained truck for my daughter and we would come the next day to see, I asked is the truck really 25,000, she said yes.(low)..the next day we were on our way a 1.5 hour drive and my daughter said they raised the price on the internet to 35,000!!! now way high!!!! I called Jaime and she said oh yeah the 25,000 was wrong...BATE AND SWITCH..If I had bought it the night before I would have paid 25...note average price is 30,000

Dealer way over priced on merchandise but does keep in constant contact. They actually respond where a lot of dealers won't.

This is a first class dealership. At first was helped by there very courteous internet department. When I got there I was taken for a test drive and was dealing with a true gentleman Jerome. I was looking for a good deal and he delivered. The overall process was a easy and quick and both party's left satisfied. I'd recommend this dealership to anyone looking for a new ford or cpo.

Had an issue with this car...wanted me to take it back for them to fix the issue...not happy when I live in San Diego..but paid for the job here at a ford dealer. This car was c.p.o and still had an issue. Just drove it on Saturday and now the top makes a funny noise. Going to have to contact them again..

Didn't seem to know what a "small" SUV was. When the CVR I was looking at was sold, and I told him I'm be interested in other "small SUVs," he said, "How about a Navigator or a Sequoia." Seriously???
