We drove 172 miles to "buy" a car advertised as a "Great Deal" on CarGurus. Once we arrived, during the test drive the check engine light came on. They said they were going to replace some equipment on it but the replacement part had not arrived yet - but we could drive the car home and have a local Chevy dealership do the repair. We also learned they had put a "protective ceramic coating" on the vehicle which raised the purchase price by $2900 - about 20%. Just incredible.

Buyer beware! This dealership offers a low online price to get you to come in but then will add a considerable amount to
the final purchase price when you get to the paperwork. This was not disclosed to us before we drove 2.5 hours to get to
the dealership. Only later did we discover the bait-and-switch tactic employed.
We used cargurus to find the "great value" online. The car was clean with a "great" price". After a long drive to get to the
dealership and agreeing to buy the car we were shocked to learn about the $998 add on for "clear-coat" paint treatment.
A $399 add-on for a "pulsing" rear brake light of dubious value. Finally a $1049 add-on if you do not finance the car. That
is a total of $2450 of bogus fees. We left dismayed and made the long drive back home.
We have since found an honest dealership with upfront pricing and a better deal.
Buyer beware. Steer clear of this dealership!

The dealership called a few times and asked about my needs.
Positive experience other than the $1,000 "Super Dynamite" or whatever car coating that, although there's a mention of this charge in their listing, they don't let you opt out of it as it's "already been applied" to the vehicle. Sales team was pleasant enough and we did end up buying the car.
Dealership was very willing to get us onsite and friendly when we got there, but once we found an issue with the engine (major knocking
noise), they said they were going to have their techs look at it the next day and let us know, but we never heard back. My guess is they didn't
want to repair it and just tried to find another buyer who wouldn't hear it.
I purchased the pre-owned vehicle they offered for sale (2015 Colorado). They were sensitive to a couple of concerns regarding the vehicle
and terms and addressed them professionally. Jonathan was friendly and accommodating. I would purchase another pre-owned vehicle for
personal and/or business use from this dealership.
Ridiculous fees added to the price when you decide you want to see the numbers. Added almost TWO THOUSAND dollars in fees, then taxes and titling. The Cruze didn't fit me but we found another vehicle to purchase. But once I got the paperwork and looked at the final price I walked away. Dealership should not be allowed to use CLICKBAIT.
They seemed like nice people but I went to look at the truck, made an appointment to come get the truck. Then they shoot the price up, almost 4,000 dollars after I said that I was coming to get it. The reason why, don't know don't care. After looking at the car fax, the original price was fair but not so much now. I don't care what car gurus says

Truck has a dent that was not noticeable on the photos. The high brake light was cracked and missing a chunk. No spare tire. Towing wires were dangling. Very disappointed! Half star!

I’d give 0 stars if it were an option. DO NOT TRUST THIS SERVICE DEPARTMENT WITH YOUR VEHICLE.
Do NOT trust this sales department with your business or your credit.
My son purchased his first car here after finding it listed on Car Gurus. It was a used trade in that they’d only had for a few days. Their service department slapped an inspection sticker on it without a working horn, and when we followed up on it the next day when going back for additional paperwork, the answer was to shrug. No one would admit to inspecting a car without a working horn & they wouldn’t fix it or make it good. THEY SAID THEY COULDN’T WORK ON AN AUDI.
On the way home from doing paperwork the car died. Because of a bad alternator. Which is annoying but it’s not the actual issue because there was no warranty. They never offered us a price for a repair, just kept the car for a week & never looked at it. They are dishonest and do not care about your business. Spend your $$ elsewhere.

We do offer a select number of older used vehicles and higher mileage vehicles, like the 2010 Audi with 122,000 miles your son purchased, that are sold AS-IS. These are generally good condition for their age and mileage. We remember your son getting the car checked by his own mechanic and driving it several hours before purchasing it but things can happen as they did in this case when two small issues appeared two days later. They were very friendly, not at all pushy. Tom Truitt gave me a very good feeling that the car was just as described online, and when we arrived, Mickey was very kind and honest. He was a pleasure to deal with! Then Scott in finance dept was very friendly as well. They all made my wife and I very comfortable, and feeling like we had made to right decision driving an hour from a bigger city to do this.

Great people there, we had a family emergency not able to go to the dealership, but the sale people have continued to make contact with me to check on the family.
Great experience! I have purchased many cars at different dealerships, but have been impressed by McCurry Deck Motors. The salesman answered my phone call and was very helpful in understanding vehicle conditions. We decided to purchase, but the deal was about 4 hours away. They financed the sale at a good interest rate. They willingly filled out all the paperwork and met is halfway. The vehicle was in the good conditions shown in the pics and over the phone so we closed on the spot. Would definitely do business with them again. The vehicle was from down south. It had minimal salt history and was in great shape. Something to remember for the next purchase!
