Was very interested in purchasing a jeep today 6-14-25. Was in contact with a sales person at 3pm, asked a question about purchasing a warranty said he would go ask and call me back. 5pm rolls around and still no call back so I call him, no answer. Call dealership, they say he’s with a customer and about to be finished and will call me. Well it’s now 8pm never called me back and they’re closed till Monday.

Beware of this dealership. Mileage posted is to bring the people to call them and actual mileage is different. When I dealt with this dealership
for the car, advertised mile was 38xx, then after a day or 2 it was updated with 95xx, while working with them mileage was updated to 12xxx.
Not a honest dealership and or sales people; my personal opinion, there are plenty of dealership and cars are available choose the one wisely
and stay away from unprofessional scammers like this.
Was interested in this vehicle and was led to believe it was still available even after I had did the credit application. I was gonna drive up from Florida to Tennessee and at 11 am I called to confirm everything and got a green light. 5 pm rolls around and I’m told the car sold that morning, why not tell me that at 11 when we spoke.

The guys at Autonation were great! They weren’t pushy and didn’t try to talk me into buying extra stuff. I did however buy their wonderful extended warranty. When I purchase another vehicle new or used I’ll contact them again. Easiest car buying experience I’ve had in 40 years. Thanks Autonation!

I had a meeting set up and drove all the way to Johnson City which was about 80 miles only to find out that they didn’t open on Sunday until 1 o’clock and I got there at 11 AM. So I left. I will not do business with this dealership again

Great experience buying my Jeep from them. I had a 2 hour drive to the dealership so I requested they have everything possible ready to go when I got there so I could basically just sign and go and they came through with that. I spent less than 2 hours at the dealership including the test drive. They were great to work with and very low pressure. I would definitely buy from AutoNation again.

Spoke to salesman and he didn’t call back. I called back and then they said it was sold. I said I was trying to buy it and guy never called back. Then 5 days later it was available and I put $1000 deposit on it. Drive from NC to Tennessee and am told when they cranked it the engine smoked. Would take to Mercedes and see about fixing. Then they said No, not selling it because of safety issues, and manager said it would be sold at dealer auction only.
The ad for it is still on the websites. Said the car was recently serviced yet I could not purchase it!
Waiting for them to find me another one but so far no call.

they have a rule that everrything has to be signed in person and were not able to e-mail or

Received email from salesman, which was obviously computer generated. Went to dealership to see truck and after waiting for quite some time for a salesman, they told me they would email me a quote. Never received it so I called salesman. He said he would send it. Still never received it so I moved on.

Let Me Begin wishing I could retract my 1st
review of this dealer as I prematurely responded
positively when GG first sent me their request to
comment. I had 1st looked at a truck I wanted
but even though I did a test drive and had the
numbers run I walked away as I knew they were
too high for my budget.I was contacted 4days in
a row even though I texted the sale associate
Travi advising him our numbers were too far
apart.On the 4th day as I got contacted again
during my dinner I ask had he not noted my
messages and with his no statement I should've
realized his failures to details.After a couple of
xtra trys the price was within $690 of my
acceptable price so I said yes.Not able till 2days
later on a Friday did I manage my bank receive a
deal sheet directly from the dealer as they
wanted a faxed one rather than the email copy I
sent Thur. Loan officer said it would be monday
before she would get the check cut and I kept
the sales person/dealer informed.They were
constantly sending me preset times to come in
to close the deal as I had to always correct
them.Monday my bank wanted a CAR FAX sent
so I could get the check Tues.I contacted the
salesman and he said fine he would send in the
AM. I told him then as I had time weds I come
get the truck,he said sounds great! Tues morn I
had my insurance changed to cover the nu2me
truck so to make the bank happy when I went to
get the check.Well Tues. morning instead of a
call I received a text, "DeWayne I'm afraid I have
bad news as that truck was sold a day ago.
Should I say More? Like should I share the full
name of this salesperson who failed to note
details and even hold a truck that was a absolute
sale.Unfortunately I haven't a facebook account
as I don't care for such. So I will muster the help
of those around me to assist getting my
experience out there so more can learn where
maybe they should not shop. I'm sure my 1st
review is still available that shows some of the
steps I took to secure(so I thought) good deal. I
hope you think hard before ever considering this
dealer as I have no faith in them and to make
matters worse,i received another frkn email from
this sorry salesman trying to sale me overmilage
overpriced trucks following having receive a not
so nice phone call from me just yesterday!

It was great this truck was sold. But they were able to help me find another truck.

Very very poor excuse for a major dealership. Had
this truck on the lot for sale with a blown head
gasket, no rear brakes, no emergency brake,
transmission leaking and minus 1 battery and all 4
tires had different tread. Before I knew of the
mechanical issues I traded for this truck. Drove
285 back to Nashville, Tn and it broke down as I
pulled in my driveway. They left me 5 days
without a vehicle. And wouldn't warranty their "
no questions asked " return policy. After
numerous attempts to resolve this with the GM of
the dealership, I had to reach out to the
CEO/President of autonation group to finally get it
resolved and get my other truck back. I would
steer clear of this place if you want a safe vehicle
to put your kids in. the inspection report on paper
showed everything in normal and working order.
Needless to say, the master diesel technician I
had look at it, said no way in the world they ever
inspected this truck at all. Said rear brakes were
so rusted they were inoperable.

Poor experience with this car lot. Went to look at the explorer said they have decided to wholesale it the motor was bad. Talked to another Salesman he said he took it in on trade his self, car wasn't even traded in at autonation here in Jc and he told me he had the keys in his pocket, he said he didn't know anything about it being wholesaled and it was still on the lot.. called and left the used car manager a msg.. never called me back ended up buying a Volkswagen Touareg from competition, autonation was a terrible experience, will never deal with them
Well they were very helpfull although I still haven't bought a vehicle yet but I have to go and see yet what kind of cars they have available

Went to the dealership to look at a Ford
Explorer. I looked it over, then I went into the
showroom. Stood there for a couple minutes.
Which is strange...usually you go on or in a
dealership, they are on you like white on rice. No
problem though, I just went over to a
salesman's desk and asked about the SUV. So,
after driving it for ten minutes, I requested to
test drive overnight. Salesman said he wasn't
sure if they allowed overnight test drives.
Really? When they were Carl Gregory and I
bought a new 40k Durango 2 years ago and a
used Yukon 6 years ago after they let drive both
home overnight. Even before walking over to the
service manager I knew the answer. He barely
acknowledged or looked up at me from his
computer screen when he said that they don't
allow test drive without a salesperson. Ok, if
that's your policy, then likely you won't have my
business. However, I could get past the test
drive issue. But, when I ask about a potential
problem with the check engine light and you
can't indicate why it is on, then tell me you will
contact me the next day and don't, then you
won't get my business...

I only took off one star b/c they had sold most of the cars I found I
was interested in on their site, even though I checked the site and
tripled checked it a dozen times before arriving...Maybe I just had
bad luck..but it seems like they need to update their site
more..But I love the car I ended up getting from them

Will not negotiate their high used car prices and they do not do
correct inspection on used cars. Some don't even run right at all.
