Tanner was great. Only dealership that didn’t try to add on a bunch of stuff to get back to the price on the dealership site. Truck was very nice and process was fast and simple
I work night shift. I sleep during the day. If they would have bothered to read my message when inquiring about truck they would have known not to flipping call me at 1130am. This happened multiple times by this dealership. I went off on the last guy and he started talking shit a told me to go take my meds. Super disgusted with this dealership
Dealer responded initially to my inquiry, I found that the advertised price does not include a mandatory 1350 in
unwanted add-
ons. Never could get a straight answer as to the doc fee. They ghosted me when I declined a telephone
conversation instead of text or email exchanges which I always prefer prepurchase to avoid "misunderstandings" I do
not think that is friendly, Anyway I have moved on, no interest in working with them further.

Bait and switch operation. They constantly show inventory that isn't available on lot (and not on the way) at cut rate prices. I emailed and
texted with a "sales manager" all morning who assured me a particular new Tahoe would be available, and when I was able to make it to the
dealer later that day, the new one had allegedly been purchased and they subsequently tried to sell me a prior year used model that cost more
than the new one they had been marketing.

That was scam i called 30 min earlier when i was on my way to do test drive . i get there and talk
to melissa she told the care was sold. she offer me to see similar truck i said no. so that's Scam
Scam ... just they want people to go there and make them buy other car... that truck doesn't have
they bait... so do not trust them,
Meddled with my financing application and contract, added things on contract I never asked for, I was told my original salesman that I had 16 different financing options and when I was about to sign, I was then told there was only one. DONT walk, RUN away from this place, very sketchy and untrustworthy. Also it took the service team EIGHT HOURS to have the car “ready for test drive”. We got there at 9:30 am and didn’t leave until 7, the only reason we even waiting so long is because we drive from almost 3 hours out, if it weren’t for that I would’ve been gone much earlier.

Chris was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, they made the process easy
It was all great till we started finalizing the sale. I was told I HAD to pay for extended warranty or else they couldn’t sell me the truck. We went back and forth a couple of times on that, they didn’t budge and said it was a required for the sale. Had to pass on the truck because of that.

Started beautifully. Omar was great. I admittedly had a tough ask. Negative equity to trade out of. All completely transparent on my end. Was ghosted after setting up a payment schedule and down payment scenario. Could not get a call back for a day or so. Contacted sales manager John. Said he’d call me in 10 min. Still no call. That was Friday. Left message for GM Friday out of frustration. No call back four days later. It was the games and no contact. Horrible. Just horrible.

I set appointment to see the red Silverado 1500 rst on Saturday at 2 pm I live 55 miles away and had planned my day around this. At 8:30 am I received confirmation for my 2pm appointment and another from the a general manager confirming my appointment. Then 5 minutes later I got a text asking if there were any other vehicles I’m interested in? So I texted and asked if that one I’m coming to look at 2 was gone. Did want to waste my day coming to see a different vehicle. I was told a manager had it for the weekend and if I wanted to see that one I made the appointment for it would have to be Monday. That’s bull crap. I would have wasted my Saturday if I wouldn’t have asked. Very disappointed in this dealership. Should have been told that morning it was gone.

This dealer was very quick to respond and very accommodating to our needs. During the COVID-19 Pandemic it was not possible for us to travel to the dealership for test drives, paperwork, etc. they made everything work for us. Gabriel Wilson was excellent! Great costumer service.

Just bought a 2013 Ram 1500. Isaias Reyna was my Sales Assistant and he’s Great. From the very start Isaias was up front with any questions I had, accurate with the numbers on negotiation. There was no pressure. The staff was very friendly while I was walking around the dealership. When I wanted to test Isaias pulled the truck around that was clean and ready. On your next purchase ask for Isaias Reyna.
Called on Thursday with a pre approval and was supposed to get details that day called Friday he said he would get back to me then Saturday said he would send info to get signed didn’t twice Monday no answer called different salesperson and found out truck was sold on Saturday morning and wasted my time
Great communication from start to finish. Worked with Emanuel Ramirez excellent customer service. Always kept me up to date with the vehicle I was wanting to purchase. Unfortunately the vehicle wasn't released by the pervious owner at no fault to the dealership. So I was unable to purchase it. Either way overall great experience, looking forward to working with them on a different purchase. Two up!!

I was very disappointed I spoke with 2 people 3 people texted to people and not one person told me that you would not combine the offers you had online I wanted the delivery I wanted to the 0 interest for 84 months and I wanted to 9000 off the traverse now anywhere could your salesman find that it said know if it's that hidden then it's impossible for someone to shop with you safely and with full disclosure. The salesman was very nice and I was ready for delivery but I didn't feel comfortable when I was not informed of how the programs worked up front

I bought a car here... you probably shouldn’t.
I am very disappointed with the leadership at Friendly Chevy. Everything about this transaction was difficult. I dealt with 2 directors and have no doubt they are influencing the entire staff to do business in the same deceiving manner.
Sales Director Mike Castillo low balls on trade in offers and back dates documents.
Mark in finance lied to me about the price of the extended warranty and covered it up by changing rates/terms of financing. Finance Director Justin Hamaker wasn’t concerned when I talked to him about how Mark conducts business.
There are hidden fees in the “aftermarket” line item that they claim are for a special “Friendly Chevy Only” warranty but refuse to provide any docs.
I emailed GM Derek Mills about my experience and he refuses to respond. I saw him across the lobby and was told he wasn’t available to speak w/ me.
I received half truths, deception, outright lies and was almost robbed of $15,000.

Absolutely, abysmal customer service. I emailed my interest regarding their mini over the weekend and received a prompt reply. Come Monday, I was called and asked when I could view the car and we arranged for a test drive that afternoon. I took a Lyft from Ft Worth l, test drove the car, bartered the price (in cash payment), signed 3 different documents, had both keys in my hand, only to hear from finance "We have some bad news. We sold the car already." And they just walked off! As a flight attendant for 6 years, "sorry" doesn't amount to anything for customer service recovery. Not even an offer to cover my return Lyft back to Ft. Worth was offered. I can't believe their audacity to call themselves "friendly." If you like to be treated like trash, then this is your place.

Experience with Freindly Chevrolet was 5 star good I purchased the advertised vehicle. The staff from beginning to drive off was made simple the sales Manager Clint got involved with a couple of questions and answered with Clarity which made our decision to purchase easy. Soon when we replace my wife’s car we will return to freindly - Kudos to Clint and Kassandra We will be be back to freindly Chevrolet. Price for the truck advertised was not the price they were willing to honor at
the dealership. When asked about all the "extras" they told me 3 times that
they were included in that price. When I got to the dealership they added in all
the extras so it was a classic bait and switch. I wouldn't have minded if they
told me that before I wasted my time going out there.

I drive 2 hours to buy a vehicle for the price of $39,920 that they had listed it for online. The dealer comes back with the price of almost $45,920. They couldn’t justify why they raised the price. I became very upset and asked for the main guy! He comes out with a new deal of 42,846 and said this was it. I asked what happened to 39,920? I was given lame excuses about incentives etc. that was not mentioned online. He told me I would be back because I wouldn’t find a better deal. I won’t be back because I despise deceit!!! I also noticed they since then, they have changed the price to 40,999.

The dealership contacted me immediately and we agreed to set up a meeting. I worked with John Harakel who was amazing. I told him my situation and we found a way to work out a payment that was affordable to me. Friendly Chevrolet was a great experience overall. They were patient with me to get everything I needed. The car is great and in Great Shape! 6 out of 5 stars.

I received a price of 18,580. When I asked for an out the door price with
prep,freight etc. I was told that they would have to call me back. I waited 5
days with no reply. On the fifth day i received a review request on my
experience with them. I told them it was pretty bad i was still waiting for a
final price. 10 minutes latter I got a call from the sales man.He had to call
me back again with the price. Advertised sales price of 18,500 after dealer
add ons 26,500. What do you think maybe bait and switch ?

The only drawback is that it seems to take a long time for them to fix
