Salesman did contact me but when asked about best price he continually hesitated and pretty much said as listed. Checked KBB and average price asked was much higher than KBB. refused to negotiate so looked elsewhere. Not a very friendly experience as name applies.

I had a good conversation with a person who seemed genuinely concerned with my need for a vehicle. He understood what was looking for & how firm I was on a specific model and he didn’t try to push me into a corner trying to get me interested in anything else or pressure me in any way, which is the primary reason people, myself included, avoid the whole dealership experience. This gentleman was professional throughout the whole process & treated me with the utmost dignity & respect. I am a rather harsh judge of character & I am hard-pressed to be able to criticize him. I don’t do this, but I would vouch for this guy. Give him the shot at earning your business. I don’t think that you will be disappointed. He truly does ho the distance trying to facilitate your needs & interests & brings you comprehensive results, not a bunch of confusion or any manner of other inane nonsense. He’s a true professional.

Awesome. I just sold my Chrysler 300 rwd and I found the 300 awd I was searching for through Cargurus. Both 2014 with pistol grip. Not fond of the design shifter change they made in 2015 which looks like a door knob. However, I'm in Montana and the dealer is in N.Y. The internet Mgr Stephen was great on following up within a timely manner. I deal with restoring old cars and car shows. So, we were able to talk cars and it made the purchase easy. I decided to have the car fully serviced since D'Amico is a Chrysler dealer before it is transported from N.Y. to Montana. We're 1/2 through negotiations. Stephen is great and he's in charge for getting my 300 in order. We have a good business rapport and I have confidence that my New 300 will look as good as the pictures. I also asked tons of questions. I told Stephen if he and I could pull this off than he'll be salesman of the decade at D'Amico!!

Mike, Chris, Steve and all of the rest of the staff treated me great. I feel i bought a good car at a great price for commuting back and fourth to my new job. I asked for new rotors and pads all the way around on the car before i purchased the car. And Mike took care of it. Long time family owned dealership with great values .

Dealer contacted me quickly and set up an appointment that work very well for me. Very courteous sales professional. Did not play games with me in trying to make a deal. I am picking up my wife's new van in a couple of days. Definitely worth the 1 hour drive.

Vehicle was as described. Easy to work with Mike Godkin. They were meticulous with observing social distancing and sanitizing all surfaces. It was efficient and hassle free. No high pressure sales. I would definitely recommend D'Amicos to a friend or family member.

We are very sorry for the miscommunication. The vehicle in question was a trade in and the deal had been postponed with the customer. Therefore, the vehicle of interest was delayed coming into inventory. We certainly never want a customer to feel we did not respond. We will work to ensure a prompt response is sent either way.

D'Amico Chrysler were wonderful to work with. Mike and Steve answered all of our questions. Their finance person found us the best interest rate for a new/used car too! Staff was warm, friendly and low pressure. I felt welcome the entire time I was there. The sales person wasn't overly knowledgeable, but he mentioned he was brand new. The car I test drove was somewhat underpriced, but not in good condition. Beyond minor annoyances like AC not working and the car looking pretty beat up, after the test drive the brake system failed in a cloud of black smoke in the parking lot. I don't feel that the vehicle was in safe driving condition, it didn't seem to be well cared for by its last owner, and despite the price it was not the type of quality I expect when test driving a five year old car at a major branded dealership. I wish the condition of the vehicle would have been disclosed to me when I called so I didn't have to waste an hour drive to realize it wasn't clean.

It is never a pleasant experience for either party when a vehicle does not meet the customer expectations.  We informed the reviewer that the vehicle had not yet been through our mechanical inspection prior to the test-drive.  The reviewer informed us that she lived an hour away but that she been in the area for different reasons at the time the of the test-drive.
The Air Conditioning controls on the vehicles are not the easiest to understand and the A/C works just fine.  The brakes of the vehicle were properly serviced and the vehicle was sold for the asking price.

Bought our car from D'Amico. Met with owner and salesman Steve; both took plenty of time, resolved most of our concerns. Concerns that were not resolve, when discovered, would have resulted in steep price increase. Though those were not resolved, they were disclosed so I could make an intelligent buying decision and figure out the repair costs in advance of purchase. Steve went out of his way to deliver the car when the store was closed, on his day off to accommodate our busy schedule. Good people to do business with and I recommend them highly!

I looked at a car at D'Amico's first and then researched the other dealers. The best price and the best quality car led me right back there. We bought a used Chevy Cruze in great condition with polite salespeople who answered all of my questions and made the process easy.
