I can’t talk to the dealership actually just sent them an offer. They did get back to me and said the car has been sold, but I funny email from different people at the agency then about a week later they wrote if I was interested in the car and I said you sold it and I said no it was only 80% sold very strange
At that point, I decided I didn’t want to pursue with the dealership that lacked transparency or maybe just business sense

Connected via CarGurus. Then ask Jose, who initiated the message, about a question regarding to the listed car. Actually asked 3 times. No response … no idea why? Phone call did not answer, either.

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER I HAD
I would rather give a 0-start if I can. I will share my timeline here for reference if ANYONE wants to consider purchasing here.
1.Found a Mazda CX-5 on Cargurus (07/11) and visited the dealer that afternoon. They said the car was there.
2. Was told the car was recalled and should return by 07/16. Asked to be notified as soon as it was back.
3. Followed up on 07/15, 07/16, and 07/17 — each time told “still in service.”
4. On 07/18, called in the morning and got the same answer. A few hours later, I called again — suddenly the car was sold.
This is ridiculous and the worst experience I've ever had in my life. I was never contacted despite my repeated interest. If you're
planning to buy here, proceed with caution but I couldn't even see the car listed through the whole process.

Our drive was 2 hours. After we got there we were told car only had one key and had electric problem that a new car battery didn't fix. Tried to sell us another car. Left empty handed. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone

They were super nice and great to deal with. No high pressure. I would recommend them.
Very rude salesman. All he could say was come here, even after I explained that I live far away and would rather he tell me if he has a certain car in stock. He then says they can order it. Lie, because if they order it I have to buy wo seeing it. Which is the reason I’m calling first. To see it. He then hung up on me, when I explained that to him. He also had a deep foreign accent from Middle East.

Contact person had hard time telling whether or not vehicle was still available, but then told us that it was pulled from marketing due to an engine problem. Never really dealt with anyone beyond the initial contact.
