1% My husband and I went to meet Jamal to look @ the Honda Odyssey he wasn’t there… It seem like no one want to help. 1) Van had to be charge ( battery ) 2) The electric door in the back work on passenger side, and the other electric door wouldn’t open on driver side… REALLY BAD Experience.

The rep I saw seemed like a straight shooter. Listing was accurate. The car was clean, oiled, and ready to go when I arrived. I didn't end up buying the car, but he was more than happy to provide any requested information and didn't feed me any obvious lies.

I was looking for a newer, low mileage, gas saver, spacious car. I contacted them and stopped by after work. I was pleased on how helpful, friendly and pressure free this establishment is. The cars I inquired about were nice, clean and ready to test drive. They got me into the car I fell in love with right away. Angel did an awesome job getting me financed. He is very friendly, honest and knowledgeable. Angel and Ray, the owner, treated me like family. In the future, I will definitely do business with them again. My overall experience was awesome. I emailed their staff in reference to a vehicle I wanted to buy and Angel responded quickly. We did the deal over the phone due to the distance. Upon my arrival he greeted me professionally, gave me the keys to the truck and trusted me to test drive the vehicle, giving me all the time I needed to feel comfortable with the vehicle. Once my decision was made and the paper work started, I was on the road with the vehicle in less then 45 minutes from the time I arrived. This dealer is very professional and highly recommended. Went in to look at the vehicle and it was exactly as described. Looked exactly as pictured. I was offered to test drive the vehicle and was also given a copy of the carfax to take home and look over. Returned the next day to take the car over to my mechanic and have it checked out. The purchase process was quick and easy. They give you time to look around without the pressure to buy. Very relaxed atmosphere. great vibes!

My experience with Freeway Motors has been so great. I contacted them the day they posted my car (a 2004 Pontiac Grand Prix GT, in great condition with low miles- what a find!), and got back to me shortly after. We talked about the vehicle for a while, trying to coordinate a time to visit since I didn't live in the area. They were so understanding of my situation- I needed to sell my car before I could purchase that one, and the buyer was being extremely slow on paperwork. They were extremely accommodating, and we discussed logistics back and forth for a while. I made it clear I was going to buy that vehicle, if they were willing to hold it, and they did! They even arranged everything with the bank to get my loan pre-approved so I wouldn't have to make multiple trips over and hour and a half away more than I had to. There ended up being a small issue, but they took care of it under their warranty and I couldn't be happier. Angel was great, he really went above and beyond my expectations. This is why I buy from small, family run dealerships! You never feel like you're getting cheated. I really appreciate everything Angel and the guys did for me, and I love my car!

Angel was so awesome and helpful! Best vehicle purchase experience. Was concerned at first because of having to drive and hour and half, i didnt want it to be a wasted trip, however Angel contacted me about the vehicle i was looking at and sent me the carfax before i made the trip. After getting there, there was no pressure, handed me the keys to the 2007 Toyota Rav4 i was looking at and said to take my time. After driving it around, Angel was able to answer any of my questions. I decided to purchase the vehicle which was a smooth process and although my bank would not be giving the money to them for a few days, Angel et me take it home that day so i didnt have to drive back out. After getting the it looked over, there were some problems with the suspension, shocks and struts needed to be replaced and my engine seal was leaking. Under the 30 day warranty it covered the engine seal, and Angel even helped with the shocks and helped me find good pricing on the struts and a good mechanic. All in all Everyone there was very kind and helpful. Family owned, and i will go back there for another when needed. Check them out!!

I told my wife I was giving up on looking for a truck because I couldn't find one that seemed to fit what I was looking for. Went back to the search one more time and this truck came on as a new listing. I called Freeway Motors and asked if they could hold it for me as it was a two hour drive from NorCal where we live. He said OK, he would hold it. When we arrived in Modesto the car lot seemed like a little old fashion and the truck was jacked up with someone working on it. Not good. I was told a new belt was being put on it. Bad impression when I opened the door and hear a loud click. Long story short, the truck drove great and made an offer. Asked if there was wiggle room for the price and was told that since I had called and during my drive down, they had two calls and one person offered to buy it over the phone. Offered full price. On top of that, they bought our car for what we were asking for it. I can't say enough good things about this transaction and the owner "Raymundo" who has run this business for 25 years. Best sales experience I can remember and probably the best truck I have ever owned. Its in the garage :)

I drove over an hour to purchase my car, not being a big fan over car dealers this was a big deal. The only reason I felt comfortable with this is because of the already good reviews this dealership had. I was not disappointed. Owners were very friendly, handed me the keys to the car and incouraged me to give the car a test drive without hassle. When I came back there was no pressure to buy. Very friendly and easy to work with. Would highly recommend this dealership.

Excellent sales and financing experience! Did not feel pressured at all, salesman Angel was very knowledgeable, friendly and extremely helpful! Will definitely recommend to friends and family, and will hopefully be able to buy from them my next time buying a car!
