When inquiring about the vehicle from app. the sales manager was quick to respond & kept in touch while getting information that wasn't on the CG app. The environment was low pressure at the dealership. Salesman wasn't trying to push me to buy or to hurry up while I was inspecting the truck.

Contacted this dealership about a Ford F350. Asked for the Maroney sticker on the truck and it was sent very quickly. Also requested price updates on a few trucks at this dealership and have been provided with pricing updates. Good selection at this dealership and prices are very competitive.

Drove 4 hours to pickup a car. Got there and rhe ac didn't work. They tried to assure me the ac was fine and just needed a recharge. Told them to recharge the ac and I'd take it home. Well their "machine was down". I left without the vehicle with their assurance they'd fix it Monday. Well it took several emails and finally a 0hone call for me to get an answer, but Wednesday I finally got my final response that the system had a leak. Asked what their plan was with the vehicle and couldn't get a response back. Good news I didn't buy a car that had a leak in the system...bad news is I wasted time and only driving there and they couldn't even be bothered to return my calls or emails. Car is still listed online so who knows what they are actually doing with the car.
