The dealership is located in Big Stone Gap, VA. Can you give me some further details that may help me review?
I have no stars to give. They were all over my contact by e mail. Until they found out, I was bringing cash in hand, they must get a nice kick back from the bank, my bank charged me 4 percent, same bank with them 7 percent. When I said best deal possible and I’ll come with check in hand, no more replies. Be cautious, they are working on all kickbacks apparently.

Unfortunately I did not have a great experience at Freedom Chevrolet. The sales associate was not very responsive. Communication when received was not very timely and the sales person was verbally rude during one phone conversation. Electronic communications were automated and generic when received. Given this experience I am not sure if I will be utilizing this dealership's service in the future.
