I contacted this dealership multiple times about this vehicle and they never responded. I’ve tracked the price for a couple of months and over the past week they increased the price by $1800. Not a company I’d want to deal with.

The advertised price is to bring in customers, then they tell the customer that there is additional service done that they will add costs to the price. Dishonest service. Second, they said the car is in the shop.

I called ahead and asked if the car was available — they said yes. But when I arrived, the car wasn’t there at all. It felt like a bait-and-switch tactic just to get me to look at other vehicles. On top of that, their prices were noticeably higher than average. Wouldn’t recommend based on my experience.

Great experience just what I needed
While driving the car listed it had a consistent noise coming from the rear brake the entire test drive which was terrible. Then when discussing financing and final numbers I expressed the price was too high for me. Then attempted to negotiate which he declined. Their finance guy thought it was great idea to yell from across the room to their sale associate “Hey I think this car is just too much for him the price is too high” 2 times in front of customers and other staff. My experience at this business was terrible and their finance guy was cocky and beyond unprofessional.
Buyer Beware!
The dealer was prompt in contacting me about the vehicle I was interested in.
The next day the salesman requested a copy of driver's license and name of financing bank.
Silence for 2 days.
I called on the 3rd day, talked to the salesman and he had no recollection of being contacted and requested sending copy of driver's license
and name of financial institution to his cellphone. Texted him the next day to ask the progress on the sales agreement.
Received a reply of having to leave on an emergency and another salesman had sold the car. BUT...offered to sell me another car that they
have in inventory. Typical bait and switch!
I would not recommend this dealer to my worst enemy! Very unethical.
Surprise! The vehicle I was interested in is still showing as available on CarGurus and the dealer's website. Stay away from this dealer!

The dealer was not very responsive when I first contacted them, but replied in a few days that the car was already "sold", trying to steer me towards another, more expensive car. Mind you, that was 33 days ago, yet the car is still listed as available on the cargurus and dealer site. Beware.

the salesman asked me to apply for loan application first before test driving, I told
him I already have a check to buy a car , but insisting me to show the check. I walk
out . I just saw a lady just came back with the car that I want to buy , and I don't
think she signed up for loan application. Stay away from this dealership .

Contact was quick and professional at first. I called and asked for an out the door price and was given a dollar
amount that when I called back and told the dealership that I would be coming up tomorrow to purchase the
truck they were very unprofessional and told me that the price they quoted was no longer correct nor available
and that it was a flash sale that was now over. The new price was $2,500 more than what I was quoted and
what I was going to purchase the truck for with a check. Be careful with this dealership.

The sales people were so professional.
Dealership was responsive and helpful however they are very good at taking pictures all vehicles I saw where very “used” compared to what the pictures depicted. Also another thing the rubbed me the wrong way is the sales man told me I have to change my standards not that he would find a car that met my standard. I guess he failed to realize he works at 1 dealership out of thousands in this area.

Very friendly and welcoming towards their customers. My salesman was great. My problems started in financing. I was told I needed a co-signer but when we sat down in the finance office I was told the car would be in my co-signer’s name only and I couldn’t be on the loan so I said NO the car is for me. I didn’t get the car because of this issue. I would not recommend this dealership because of the financing department and the way they mislead me.

My experience here was Decent, Maggie the car sales woman was amazing, she was helpful and very attentive to my concerns, Dean was also amazing, great help with information and all of my questions… I always have bad luck with cars so the only issue I was guaranteed I wouldn’t be ditching money out right away after the purchase to fix any issues… Within 5 days I changed my left tire because of wear and tear and my oil, I also took my car to get a alignment because it was off balance they told me I would have to pay up to $1600 to fix the issue “ prior issues from previous owner” …… “ like I said I have bad luck “ .. but when I told the dealership about this situation they sent me to another mechanic that will
Do the job for $830 which is a better deal using used parts .. but still a better deal, especially after putting $2000 down as a down payment… just make sure you sign up for warranty as I got the car “ as is “… other then that issue they were amazing.

Bad dealer. I went to purchase the a vehicle, when I got there they didn’t have it I asked them about another one I was interested in and they didn’t have it either. They got upset when I decided not to purchase a vehicle from them.

They were absolutely wonderful to deal with! I purchased the same car but a 2018 a few days after contacting them! I plan on purchasing again from them!
This was personally an excellent experience. We were nervous buying a car online but Lia, and Tony were amazing! They kept us updated constantly and worked with us the entire way through the process. The dealership and these two went above and beyond to make sure we were taken cafe of even though we live 10 hours away. Would definitely recommend buying a car with this great group of people!
Very unprofessional worst experience ever. Insisted on me giving money before I even got to test drive the vehicle. And to top it all off this establishment expected me to pay full price for a coupe that has only one functional seat.

This dealership seems a bit peculiar. During the week I was contacted several times to come and test drive a Mercedez-Benz GLS 450. I made an appointment for a Saturday. Once I get there, I
was told the vehicle was sold the previous night. I was then offered many other vehicles except I did not want any of them. They should have at least informed me that vehicle was sold so I would
not waste my time and gas going there. I checked cargugu several times after my visit and I still see the same car (the sold) one advertised. It makes it seem like a bait game. Also, none of the
sales team and associates wore any masks even when I was in the office. I don't think they are very concerned about the current health and safety protocol.
Drove 3 hours to go look at this gorgeous vehicle. It was everything I'd hoped it to be, except for the fact that it had some visibly cosmetic issues that were not noted in the description of the vehicle or told to me over the phone. I did end up purchasing the vehicle, but they need to do better by adding any defects the vehicle may have before someone comes to look at it and be surprised or disappointed for an issue that they weren't aware of. Otherwise, I would've given a 4 or 5 star rating.

If there is zero option for the rating I would choose that. This dealership people are extremely irresponsible. They set me an appointment for the vehicle which wasn’t in their lots. I just ruin my 2 plus hr for nothing.

They post cars with great prices to get you in the
door and then tell you the price is no longer valid! I
went to purchase this car and was advised by the
female salesperson that the car was available. I went
to the dealer and test drove the car. I was told that
the car was returned be a previous buyer who
wanted the dealership to sell it quickly. I then sat
down to buy the car and was advised that the price
was no longer valid. There was a $4k increase and
they werenât budging of that price. There site doesnât
allow you to access their fine print on a mobile
device. They also donât update their sites in order to
keep buyers coming in. Deceit is written all over this
place and fraud techniques are rampant. Buyers Stay

Everyone at the dealership was very helpful. Everyone was very knowledgeable about cars. The team made buying a car fun. The dealership had lots of beautiful late model cars. I definitely will recommend Fred’s Executive Auto to my friends.

Best customer service ever!
I contacted the dealer about this specific car on 5/2/2020. (Asked if car was available 2017 CLA Benz $16,996K) Was told it was and made an appointment to go see it Thursday 5/7. I called on Wednesday, 5/6 at 2 pm to ask if the car was still available. I was told the car WAS available, but it was being shipped to the dealer that night and should arrive next day and be ready by my 4 pm appointment. I get a call on Thursday morning 5/7 around 10 am, letting me know that a couple had came in and bought the car. Honestly, that doesn’t make sense. Also, Why is the car still being advertised for sale when it’s been “sold” for almost a week now. I don’t know if I would trust this dealer. Seems shady to me.

Good service but the integrity of a dealer is not good, they won't tell you what was happened to a car that you want to buy, they only showed you a carfax history. So be careful, don't put 100% trust on carfax.

I did not speak to the dealer, although they reached out several times. I was putting a deal together with another dealer.
When I first went and got the car they where very friendly.I had to return the car a week later after
finding out that my insurance had increased by $1,400.No issue of theirs.I explained to them that I
was very pleased that I had to return the vehicle due to that.My insurance company had giving me
one quote at the time of purchase.But then raised my insurance.After returning the car to the
dealership they appeared to still be friendly and understand.Except for one sales name Fred who
had nothing to do with the sale of the vehicle.He was very disrespectful to me and unprofessional.I
would never recommend them to know one after that.

After some delays, I was able to establish a communication path with Fred's Executive Auto and we had several good exchanges regarding my interests and their inventory. Due to scheduling conflicts, I was unable to test drive the 2017 Audi prior to another buyer solidifying a deal on the vehicle. We continue to keep the lines of communication open to determine whether other options would work.

I have been a customer for the past 12 years and I bought 3 cars from Fred’s Executive Auto. Two years later, I had some mechanical issues with the vehicle and I remembered the dealership telling me that they could always guide me to the right shop, I called, the service advisor had me take the vehicle to the manufacture to assess the issues. The vehicle got fixed for a total of $1850.0 .. Fred’s Executive Auto took full responsibility for the bill and I was sent my way. I am a fan, a partner and will remain a loyal customer to them ..

Great people to do business with. I got a beautiful car at a great price. My mechanic checked the car over after I had purchased it and said it was in great condition.
Horrible experience,I would not recommend. The manager was rude with
verbally abusive fat-shaming offensive comments.I left when the manager
yelled "don't buy the car" ripping up some of the paper work,because I was
inquiring the specifics pricing and fees.I left the dealership feeling attacked
and very offended.

I purchase a 2015 Mercedes 300c when I went to pick it up it looked like a different car the hood was faded tail light broken so I had to take it to a shop to get the hood buffed out they will not replace the light also told them the vehicle smelled lite antifreeze I eventually returned it one week later the manager said he will give me another car the original car was 18,997 when I looked at it after I signed it was 19,300 so no big deal so the next car I was never told the cost he just keep saying I will take care of you the person I test drove the vehicle told me it was about 24.800 but I never saw it because the manager said just worry about the payment originally my payment was $357 for 60 months with a down payment of 4,000 now my payments is $418 for 66 months I don't even no where the extra 6 months came from and I look at the overall cost it was 32,500 dollars they bamboozled me all three of them and the vehicle don't have a sun roof and the Mercedes Benz warranty fake.

I spoke to a salesperson and communicated my interest and what day I would come to visit since I do not live nearby. The dealer called me everyday up to the morning I told them I was coming to ask me what day I was coming. It was as if they don't take notes or something. It was very annoying to get a call everyday. I changed my mind about going and decided to deal with another dealer. One with no pressure, desperation, or nuisance to keep calling me. I found and purchased the same vehicle in a better condition, mileage, and price from the other dealer. My advice for Fred's Auto is to take notes when you initially call and only contact maybe the day before to confirm or inform a change in vehicle availability.

financing and everyone was very nice. The one
thing I would say is to make sure EVERYTHING
is in writing and read everything before you sign.
With that advice, I would recommend buying

It was a solid experience. It did take a tick longer than expected with the back and forth but end game = I was well taken care of. They were competitive with financing and beat my credit union. Pricing was on point. And Mr Joe Louis did a superb job of consulting me on my purchase. Thank you!

Who ever it was did not even try to bargain. I have 26000 cash and wanted to deal for this car. Guess he didn't want to lose any commission. For a little more I can get a 2016 SS model with less millage. I just liked the way this car looked.

Like most people these days on went on the web to search for a
car. I saw that Fred's had some nice cars & some good prices. I
gave them a call & talked to Nas & explained to him that I was
coming from out of state. He assured me that he would take care
of me & that they have a lot of customers from out of state. Well I
caught the train to Va & left with a mercedes S550. I even got a
later model year than expected and a better deal. They have a
great staff, & all of them are courteous and professional. I have
told several of my family & friends about the quality of service & I
am definitely going back when I am in the market for a high end
car again.

We made a deal by phone and when we got to Fred's he didn't do as he said. I would not recommend this dealer to anyone. Also the car has body damage and 3,000 more miles than stated.
