Requested pictures and information on the car and I received a message that I would have it all by the next day. Then I didn't hear anything for 5days and the lady told me sorry it's gone. Then 3 days later I get a message asking if I received all the information from the car and pictures. I said no I received a message 3 days prior after no response for four days that the car sold. She replied with no it did not and at that point I said I'm not interested in any vehicle from your dealership. It seems as if no one there communicates. Very sad
I contacted the dealer about this vehicle only to be told it was pending sale. No big deal it happens but…. I looked at their site 5 days later to see they raised the price of this vehicle $1,900. Strange,was this vehicle priced just to get the consumer (me) to contact them for business. It seems that way but you decide and be cautious about these scenarios.

They had said that the brakes had been checked along with a lot of other things. Brakes were making noise the entire 85 miles home. I purchased this car thinking everything was good, definitely not the case. One rotor had a pad fused to it They did say a lady live down on the river. All brakes needed changed immediately.and now my check engine light is on. Who knows what is next, mechanic said it looks like the car had sat through a flood. Dealer took advantage of me and my old age.

I emailed three different people at this dealership and none of them answered my questions. I continued to get emails from them asking if they could be of assistance. Never did get an answer to my questions just a lot of emails

I contacted this dealership by email and they replied the same day. I explained my situation and the deal that I needed on my trade, and they accepted my offer. All transactions were done online and by phone, and they even agreed to deliver the new car and pick up my trade. Very easy to work with!

Amazing people, super friendly!!!! The knowledge and info provided made for a great experience. I did not end up purchasing a vehicle from them, but even after I advised them I bought elsewhere they were still very friendly and followed up to confirm I was happy in my new car. I would recommend to anyone.

Promptly responded to my request for information. Was flexible scheduling a visit to t at drive the car. Sales team was knowledgeable and friendly. I ended up purchasing the vehicle and it was a stress free pleasant experience. I would definitely recommend this dealer to anyone purchasing a new or preowned vechicle.

They were very good about getting back to me.
I inquired about the vehicle on 04/28. I was told the truck was in reconditioning, and that it would be ready within a week. A week later They did not call back, so I call them, and the truck was still not ready to be seen.
Two week later, still no call back, I stoped by on the way to see another truck, and it still wasn't ready. The salesperson assured the truck would be ready in five days and told me they would contact me with the car fax and real pictures.
As of now no one had contacted me, and I have moved on.
Very disappointing, maybe next time they shouldn't put a truck for sale on the Internet until after it is ready to be seen.
I will not waste my time there again.

Dealer was a distance from me and while trying to decide what car make and
model wanted, the dealer kept us posted on availability and pricing changes
although we chose a newer model w/ more safety features

Comparing prices on similar cars they seemed a bit high on their price. Went with a different vehicle so I don't know how willing they would be to negotiate. But they did respond to my inquiry quickly. I would give them a chance but don't be afraid to walk away if they don't budge on their price.

They evidenced a rediness to help me find just the right vehicle. They called me when a truck I was interested in sold so I didn't have to make a useless trip to their facility. I recommend them to any future customers.

Drove up to the dealership and test drove the car. Was surprised
because there was no dealing. All I got was a no answer. Not used to
working with car dealers this way, so I walked away and drove home.
They may be alright to deal with but I didn't have any luck. Found
another car and now am a proud owner.

Tried to Charge me the full California tax. In So California cars must be taxed. Out of state dealers can not deal direct with the CA DMV. The tax varies form city and county around the state.
The gave me a total that was not right. They would have collected the CA tax and made more profit. They never did get back to me with the price plus the Ohio tax. They did not want to deal and take my offer of only $600 less than they were asking.
The did call repeatedly and were nice but they have no clue as what is required for an out of state sale. I wanted the car but I have moved on. Thier loss. I got a newer model with low miles for the same price.
