This place is AWESOME - ask for Larry!
I liked several things about this dealership. All their cars were trade-ins for new cars at a franchise parent company, no car auction vehicles. They have mechanics bays on site and all vehicles are checked and repaired if necessary before they went for sale. I was pre-approved for a car loan before looking for a used car and there was no high pressure to get me to go through their car lender. I bought the car they were advertising. It was over $1,000 below the Blue Book rating. And they gave me a 3 months or 3,000 mi warranty. Very pleasant people to work with.

Great
We worked with Abraham after visiting several other used and new car dealers. This was the most authentic and honest used car buying experience I've had. The car was as advertised and came with an included 3 month warranty which made me feel comfortable. Maybe it's the vibe because this place because it's on PCH, maybe it was simply Abraham's professional demeanor or the ownership that has fostered a culture unlike every other used car dealership either way I would buy from these guys again!

I contacted this dealership re: "08 Mustang
Bullitt. They responded quickly. I live 2.5 hrs.
away from this dealership. I tried to negotiate a
price for the vehicle but the salesman, Harry, was
very rude and condescending. He said that they,
"can't come down even by a penny"! I was only
asking 10K for and 11K price tag. Harry asked
me for my credit rating even when I told him that
I would be paying for the vehicle in full (cash). He
asked me how much cash I've saved up. I told
him 10K. He told me that I would still need to
finance the vehicle because there's an additional
3K in sales tax and licensing fees! I don't know
how he came up with this figures. Because that's
30% of the vehicle's total cost! I just purchased
a 60K Volvo on 12/01/18 and the sales
tax/licensing fees is approx. 10%. I tried to tell
Harry that I want to negotiate on the price of the
vehicle first and whatever the total is after
tax/licensing, I'll pay it. But he wouldn't budge
on the asking price.

I bought this car. Everyone at the dealership was knowledgeable and attentive to my needs; they worked with me to help me find the best car and to achieve the best resolution for my current vehicle. They had a significant number of used cars to choose from at a variety of price points. I feel like my needs and concerns were respected and that I was treated honestly and fairly. Abe was very thorough in explaining everything that needed to be signed, and had the car washed and everything meticulously prepared as if brand new when I was ready to take it home. Harry patiently and willingly showed me a number of vehicles so that I could make an informed choice. Sergio, the owner, was welcoming and professional. It was a great experience.

Poor the jeep I purchased transmission went out the Third day I had it towed
back to them and I was told it was still under warranty its been two week I
haven't gotten the jeep back and they are asking for more money not a good
experience

I had been shopping for a BMW 328i for more than two weeks
already, and was getting to my end looking at many cars of the
same 07-09 model. A few I had really considered and a couple
tried to purchase. There always seemed to be an obstacle of
various reasons.I was getting frustrated and a friend suggested I
look outside of the area to find better pricing and a fresh pick.
Some how I ended up around the LA area. I found this white 328i
for around 3-4K less and was thrilled. Looking a little further I
found my dream car 3 years newer and in my original price range
3-4k less than in my area.2010 328i M Sport only Estoril Blue. I
was running late and Larry was so nice to stay late for me and
made the entire transaction so smooth. I was extremely happy
with the dealership and it made my drive all worth while. I
recommend Frank's Motorcars to anyone!

I spoke with the man who took the car in to Frank's. we spoke at length and he knew I was interested. I live in Los Angeles and was
trying to find someone who could check out the car. By the time I
did and was going to drive down, which was about 6 days, I called and he said Oh that car is SOLD! I asked him why he did not let me know there was interest or follow up with me. He just said he
was sorry! I was disappointed.

No deal. I spoke with them a few times but they were not willing to discuss options. I found a few days later they listed the car for allot less than what I offered. The car was listed for more than 90 days and was still for sale when I last looked.
