Responded reasonably, the Ad was misleading in both price and warranty. After a response found out they charge $699 for letting me purchase the vehicle and the warranty stated in the Ad did not apply. Bait and switch.
Terrible experience. Called the day prior to heading over to ensure truck was available and
was told by 2 different people it was. Drove 3 hours the next morning to get to dealership.
About 15 minutes from my wife and I arriving I get a call saying the truck is not available for
sale because they found 2 severely rusted sections on the frame. I arrived anyway as we
were close by that point. They of course had no other trucks anywhere near the price
available and did not seem to really care about the inconvenience. Got a email from the
General Manager asking how they did so I responded, but never heard anything at all from
him, not even an apology. The truck was still listed on the website for sale 2 days later. Also,
according to the website the truck had been on the lot for 22 days before I came over to see
it. So is this evidence of poor quality control, lack of actual proper inspection or something
else? I don't know because the customer service is so bad! Stay away, I sure will.

Jeff , sorry for the confusion and wasting any of your time .
However , it was more important to us that we make sure the truck was worthy of being sold .
It did take this truck a while to get through the inspection process. Once it was completed we decided it would not be right to sell .
The dealer you need to stay away from is the one that would sell that vehicle in the shape it was in .
Again , apologize for not catching it sooner but we did let you know as soon as we discovered the issue .
However , it was more important to us that we make sure the truck was worthy of being sold .

They were very friendly in person and quick to respond online. The vehicles were ready to test drive. However, I did not feel they were completely forthcoming when it came to the financing options they offered. I explained the trip there was long and I didn't want to waste anyone's time if there were not payment plans for my budget. I felt they just wanted to get me in there to put me in something. Although, I was very clear I was only interested in that specific vehicle, if I could afford it. My experience was pleasant, customer service wise, but I did feel pressured and misled. I personally wish I did not make the trip, just to find out the car I wanted did not offer a realistic payment plan to fit my budget. If money isn't an issue, I would say they are a good team to work with.

I had to call many times to find out information on the truck. They told me it
had an accident, but then the AutoChecker said there was no accident.
They said they don't know if there was an accident or not. Told they would
call me back and never did. I think there is a reason this truck has been on
the lot for so long. I would just be cautious if you are using this dealership.

I was looking at a f150 for 18990. They responded with 21990. Said the other was sold. All of the specs were identical. I think it was a bait and switch tactic. So i will not recommended this dealer

Dealer responded promptly via email and phone, However, vehicle was found to have a problem and was in service for repair and was no longer on the market for sale. Thank you for your good service. We are still looking for an older sport trac.
