I requested an out the door price for a 2023 F250 XL Crew Cab leftover. I only received the internet price of $51,334.00. The vehicle has has been on the dealer lot over 700+ days. I reside in another state a 3.5 hour drive from the dealership and wanted all the numbers to make a decision. Additionally, the vehicle has 11 open recalls and I pointed that out in my request. I was informed by another internet salesperson that the vehicle is on "stop sale", disappointing... Why bother posting it for sale and at that price.

I was contacted thru email. The unit w as s in service for used csr inspection / service. I asked salesperson to let me know when finished and ready to sell. Did not hear from them, I called and it was sold, no response for letting know when available.

Very positive experience. No high pressure. No games. Mike and
Rob were very helpful and made things enjoyable, with no added
stress. I came from an hour and a half away and they made it

I inquired about a specific car, all they responded with is a
please call notice. They did not provide any additional
information about the car or if it was still available.

I emailed them and they contacted me. I
asked them if I could put down a deposit
so that they could hold the car and they
never answered me. The manager Brian
said that car was waiting for me. I
was all set to drive 71 miles when I got a
text that the car was sold. I contacted
Brian again and he said yup It's been
sold. Remember I was willing to give a
deposit over the phone without even
seeing the car and he had nothing to
say. Poor way to do business. .

We had a great experience. Bought the car for a great price.
Overall positive experience and communication with the dealer, the
only reason I'm not rating 5 stars is I had contacted them about a
new car listed on the site, and found that most of the new car listings
for the Focus ST were actually cars that they had ordered and were
in transit - they had none on the lot.
Still, they were open and transparent about that, and said they'd call
once what I inquired about came in - unfortunately we were looking to
see what people had on the lot, and if we wanted to wait for a car to
come in, we'd just order it ourselves (which is what we ended up
doing with a separate dealership).

I sent an email that evening of the day it was posted. It was "sold" when I received an email the next day. Trying to sell me a different car. I knew the deal sounded too good to be true. Buyer beware............
