This was literally the first time in my 37 years of life that I dealt with a car salesman and wasn’t blatantly lied to. I drove off the lot with the exact vehicle i inquired about and they even helped me find affordable full coverage insurance. Everyone I dealt with from start to finish was a pleasure working with from the CarGuru Specialist Kara to Colleen to Todd even the manager. I even got a solid warranty on the vehicle. I drove 2 hours in a rental to purchase my 2019 Buick Lacrosse and Todd even helped me drop off my rental 2 miles away so I wouldn’t have to spend unnecessary money on an Uber. Without a doubt I’ll be checking out Frankie’s Auto Sales for my next vehicle purchase before I even go to Google. Great car buying experience! I think they might’ve changed my entire outlook on car salespeople and that’s coming from someone with a strong bias against them. I really do appreciate you all. Thank you!

I had a appointment at 3:30 stayed in contact with them through text and phone call around noon I asked can I come in at 4:30 they said yes when I arrive they said they sold the car early that morning they could have told me that before I drove all the way out there I will never use them again
