I called and left a message about the availability of a particular vehicle as I didn’t want to drive all
the way to dealership if car was stolen. I left the voicemail at night so I could get a reply I’m the.
Morning. frank never returned my call. I called agin the next morning and Franl answered the
phone. When I explained that I was waiting for a reply as to the availability of the car, Frank said
he didn’t check his messages and someone was there to see the car as we spoke. The ended up
buying the car. Thanks Frank 🤔

A good place to do business. Fair price for a vehicle up front.
Although my initial contact with this dealer was not a favorable one due to
the fact that I heard from a salesman who, (Please forgive my
"stereotyping/generalizing", but unfortunately, this salesman fit that
unfortunate "stereotype/generalization" so often used to "label" used car
salesman & was a major turn-off!), my subsequent contact with this dealer
was from the owner, Frank Paikin, & therefore, a significantly
different/better & far more favorable experience! Frank was very straight-
forward, seemingly sincere, & re-instilled my willingness to go to the dealer
in person to actually attempt to deal with him specifically in person! There
was a complete 180 degree difference with speaking/dealing with Frank
versus even trying to get beyond my utter annoyance & thus, unwillingness
to attempt to speak/deal with the initial salesman who contacted me. While
this speaks extremely well & favorably for Frank, himself, it does not speak
well for his salesman.

This was such a great experience and Frank was wonderful to work with!
Nice and friendly. But, once I saw the vehicle I wasn't impressed. Dents and scratches on every panel of the car and interior permeated with nicotine, Dealers should always
mention a "smokers car". Also, excessive wear on the leather seats. The pictures portrayed this car as being very nice. I drove 2 hours round-trip to see this horrible vehicle.
I told them " no way can this car only have 39,000 miles. It looked more like 139,000 miles. Other cars on the lot were OK, just not what I was looking for.

was excited about this vehicle since I was a gm tech . vehicle was far away only can travel on weekends.missed out on a nice vehicle. dealer seems to be very caring and polite.
