Incredibly nice people. Everyone that I worked with over the phone came up and introduced themselves during my visit. Well prepared crew made the sale smooth and pleasant.

Charging $5k over MSRP for a Kia is ridiculous. Listing the wrong MSRP to hide that fact is more so. Price gouging is wrong.

Asked about car wasnt there on other lot said i go to other lot told cant see its on hoist excuse excuse spin spin tried to sell me junk car didnt want to show me any other used car waste of time

Purchased a kia from summit. Got home with it something was loose in the under carriage. Called them was told to take it to a local kia dealer( i live 1 hour away from summit). Took it to my local kia dealer cost me $400 out of pocket to fix. Summit requested I bring it to them. Well no I am not gonna drive 1 hour with that piece hanging down rubbing the cement and possibly spark a fire. No thank you. They refused to reimburse me after I sent the invoice paid in full to them. Crappy ass dealer ship. Mind you the piece hanging was from day one of purchasing the vehicle.

The vehicle had a cosmetic damage on the drivers side rear bumper. It looked like it had hit something - so it could be more than cosmetic. The sales person tried really hard to down play the issue. I moved on with my search.
