Quick in responding. Drove over an hour one way with a migraine to test drive a 2020 Enclave Premium. At that time it was priced round off to $25,000. Asked if they can work with me on the price, they said no. A few days or a week later the price dropped to $22,000 and change. Left messages on phone and email with no response back. Then they bump up the price more than my original visit, then take it off the market for a bit only to put it back on with a $28,000 price tag and over 88,000 miles on it. Guess what, they still have the SUV. Bump the price up and down and still won't work with me. Lovely dealership, Not. I read the reviews and should have listened to my gut feeling and stayed away. They want top dollar and will not work with you on the price.

They were Advertising this truck for $32,000. I called and inquired about it and a young lady said a sales person will call me back soon. They never did.

We purchased two vehicle's from this dealership. The first was a 2005 Subaru outback with low miles. Unfortunately we didn't get 20 miles away when the radiator blew up. Had to get vehicle towed to dealership at a cost of $140. The dealership replaced the radiator and hoses at no cost to us but never offered reimbursement of the towing, After a week we picked up the vehicle and actually was able to drive it home safely, but the Check engine light illuminated for O2 sensor failure, and low coolant. After the sensor problem kept coming back, we finally replaced both O2 sensors. At this time we contacted the dealership and informed them of the sensor problem we corrected and also that we still had to add coolant sometimes. We also informed them that If there were any other problems we were going to bring the vehicle back. Well as luck would have it, about two weeks we had to bring the vehicle back for catalytic converter problem. And still we had no title or registration.

It was a wonderful experience! Steve Funk did an amazing job answering our questions. He listened to our questions and concerns and never rushed us. Information that we asked about the possible addition of another feature was answered before we even got home.

I contacted the dealer at which time they told me the car was "accidently" listed at $15,822 and was meant to be listed at $19,000 even though it had been on Car Gurus for over 30 days. I would have imagined that someone else had contacted them before that time to inquire about the vehicle at which time they should have changed it, extremely misleading and this is the reason why car salesman get the reputation they do.

Vince did an outstanding job as a salesperson. They were fair and negotiable. I like their down the road technical visit to explain the vehicle features. They come highly recommended except for the distance to drive to them.

Disappointed that the vehicle was not there when we went to look as the office manager has been driving it. I understand the idea of demo`s but use new vehicles that the dealer has 20 of each as a demo instead of the one and only Jeep Grand Cherokee. Not the salespersons fault but a bummer wasting a tank of gas to drive roundtrip to see this and it wasn't there.

I bought a used vehicle that seemed like a reasonable deal. 3 days later I took it in for a recall that was needed. That dealership told me I had leaking gaskets, need a new serpentine belt and multiple other things. I dont know cars so I relied on Tinney honesty and the 30 day LIMITED warranty. I soon found out the warranty doesnt actually cover anything of any value. Evidentally, it someowhere says that it only covers the "fluid" of all things it listed that it covers. Tinney blamed their service department for not seeing all the things that were wrong with the car. All the repairs were $1800.
