Dealer / employees uses old school sales tactics to trick buyers to paying more, even if that means wasting everyone's time. They refuse to disclose sales price unless the buyer is there in person. They won't let the buyer leave with any notes or details about the price they were willing to sell at. They undervalued my trade-in by more than $5k compared to other dealers around the area. They kept trying to get me to return to the dealer to discuss the sale even when nothing has changed (price, incentives). They made appointments with me to speak on the phone and were consistently late. Then later contacted me to come in without apologizing for missing our appointment or even disclosing the price that they were willing to sell at. Big waste of time for everyone involved.

Got a run around first it was already sold then it had been moved to another dealer and they were going to bring it back then they said it was sold again. I ended up buying g from a different dealer.

Worst customer service I have had by far, salesman Jeromy is horrible. He set an appointment for me to come buy a truck and they sold it 2 mins before I got there. He was the one that told be to come in at that time because he was to lazy to meet me earlier. I offered to make a deposit on the truck but he assured me that I would be fine, he was to lazy ti do the paper work and he sold sold the truck before the appointment he set for me.

All the research I've done points to my car's value being a couple thousand more than was offered by these guys. Seems their profit margin is too high. Couldn't make a deal. The salesperson was very professional and I enjoyed my dealings with him. However, I'm not just going to give them my car at a $4K loss, so they can make thousands off me.

Cole was AMAZING!! Never pushed us to buy and listened. My husband and I both bought cars at the same time. Bill his boss was AMAZING and helpful as well and got the deals done. Definitely recommend them.

This dealership is engaged in deceptive advertising in that the GarGurus listing clearly states that the "Dealer Prep of $699" is included in the advertised price. When I made an offer and it was accepted, Medved's GM included the $699 Dealer Prep and failed to acknowledge my $500 deposit. When I canceled the transaction, Medved refused to return my deposit unless I returned to the dealership. Only after I had my bank contact Medved, did the dealership return my deposit but I have to wait for banking processing of the refund before I see it in my account

The salesmen I worked with at the dealership are very rude, insulting and down right mean. I would not buy a car from this place or ever tell someone to get a car from here.

Would not quote a price on the vehicle I was looking at without my coming in for a test drive. This tactic is antiquated, I'm even more likely to purchase a car strictly over the internet than test drive a car I may not be able to afford. Dealers post these no price ads to put expensive cars at the low priced tiers, hoping you will stretch beyond your means so they can make a sale.
