Pressured me repeatedly regarding financing, lacking in customer service, sold me a car with a broken sunroof without my knowledge (lesson learned for me) Would NOT use them again.
Had mechanical problems with the used vehicle on the day we drove it off the lot, turned out to be something pretty serious. However fort Myers Mitsubishi took care of every problem and even had the car towed from our home to ensure our safety. Also redelivered it, WoW!!! Great sales, Great service center!!!

Just skip this dealership. You'll thank me later. -- It started fine. Michael was a little unprofessional and sounded
uncaring, but nothing particularly offensive. After getting my questions answered, we started discussing price. He
offered to get me a net sheet for the out the door price. After a bunch of nickel and dime fees, it came back at
$72k! $10k over their asking price on Car Gurus. I just started laughing because I didn't know what else to say. I
let him know that I think we're too far apart and ended my pursuit of the car. He practically hung up on me when I
told him no to the new price. I ended up buying an almost identical car the next day for $62k from a dealership
that had none of their nonsense fees. (paying cash? $1,000 more on the price; no trade in? $1,000 more on the
price; want the car sanitized (whatever that means - haha)? $2,200 more on the price, and so on.) Seriously, this
old school car dealership tactic is embarrassing.

I wanted to buy this car out right online, but the salesman, Tuan, insisted
that they do not bargain online or on the phone and that I would have to
come to the dealership where he would fight for me to get the best price.
Why post it if you can’t have it delivered? This dealership is 65 miles away
which may not seem like a lot, but it’s the principle. I would still like to but
the car, but will not deal with these people.

Drove 2 1/2 hours almost to get there and less than three minutes before I arrived, They called me to tell me it’s sold already. They knew the position I was in and still made me waste my precious time. Honestly wish I could get a negative star review. Zero sales integrity from both management and salesman.

They had me come in to look at the car, the car had been taken to another lot. They did get it back the next day but wanted to increase car price by $2,000 since I was paying cash with no trade.

I asked about the lowest price possible and with my trade in a "ball~park" figure....All I got
was we'd love to talk with you come on in etc. The dealer is over an hour away...Sorry I'm
not driving that far to play the dealer games.....I will find my vehicle at a dealer close to me.

Tyler responded very quickly and was eager to meet my needs. Most of our
interaction was through email which saved a lot of time and that was very
important to me. On my second visit we were able to come to a deal and due
to my pre-approval with financing I was able to purchase and get out of
there in a little over an hour. The finance guy was also very nice and
informative. They even returned my leased vehicle for me. Good experience
all around.
