Car is not in as good of condition as pictures make it seem. Sales person wasn’t there when I went, and they wouldn’t let me test drive the car without proof of insurance. Also called multiple times before I went (left voicemails) and never got a call back.

Spoke to more than one person and was told more than one thing about pricing and financing. Made appointment and then had to sit outside in the heat and wait for them to show back up. No one was there.

Dealer was EXCELLENT! Vehicle is what he said but I’m having a few small issues. Overall I can’t and will not COMPLAIN. HEY WE BUYING USED VEHICLES.

Dealer contacted me to see a vehicle I inquired. I was told the vehicle is available and to come test drive it. I immediately drive out to the dealership which is 45 minutes from my house and when I got there they couldn’t find the vehicle. After 45 minutes they said it had been loaned out to a potential buyer. The next day I got another call from them saying to come look at the car. I told them that I was told it wasn’t there. The lady on the phone said she would check on that and never contacted me back. I decided to call another salesman from the dealership that had helped us when we went up there to test drive and he said it was sold. They have terrible communication and gave me the run around for absolutely no reason.

They were great... vehicle is in beautiful shape price was non-negotiable wish I could of got it a little bit cheaper but overall it was great experience and definitely would shop there again. Great guys from the mechanics to the Owners.

I contacted a gentleman from the email that was sent to me in response to my inquiry. He was rude and obnoxious and very condescending. I ask him could he get me someone else to talk and he says "I'm the one you need to talk to I'm the manager" I asked for the owner, who I talked to the week before and he said he was unavailable. This guy was a straight should be fired

Went to test drive. Vehicle malfunction lights came on during test drive. Beforehand it felt like one of those places. Dealer wasn't pushy...quite the opposite as a matter of fact. Not particularly pleasant to talk with. It felt like a "buy it or don't but don't waste my time" kind of place...buyer beware. I wouldn't go back but I could imagine others would not have a problem.

Even people buy a drink, they also need to decided what they want. But this place, they won't give you time to think. Crazy bad customer service! I definetlly not going back, even they would offer me a free vehicle ! I'm glad I didn't waste any penny with this kind of business place! By the way, the vehicle I took the test drive it wasn't even good condition that's why I didn't buy it. I recommend everyone better not even give a try with this place unless you 100% sure you will buy something there.

The truck would not start when I got there, but over all my experience was good. The dealer was professional and respected the decision I made. He seemed more interested in selling another vehicle over the phone. The dealer was helpful in the best way possible he was by himself.

Would not come off original price. If you want $6000 for the car then ask $7000 and go down $1000 to like the buyer fee like they at least got a deal. Very nice guys and would still buy the car for $6000 Drive Out.

the owner said it was great truck, drove 80 miles to look at truck and the frame was rusted out . tou could see right thru the frame. i am a master tech and could not beleive this guy . do not use him!!!!!!!!! 1 star cant find another way to give lower score.

I first called and spoke with Moses at the dealership to inquire about 2 vehicles that I was interested in. After driving miles to get there all Moses wanted to do was talk about me giving him $2000 down payment with notes of over $321, and I had not even seen either of the vehicles. I advised Moses that I would rather do bank financing on any vehicle I would choose, bet he insisted that was not possible. When I demanded to at least see the vehicle first Moses replied with a poor attitude that I could walk around the lot and look at all the vehicles I wanted to--go ahead. Then he proceeded to take another phone call and I left. I thought what a long way for me to drive to be treated so poorly. He was clearly more interested in someone that could do a cash purchase.

Vehicle had engine problems that was not disclosed in the details. Dealer was not willing to come off of the price to compensate for the problem when they said they are selling "as is".

Sales person was very courtes and helpful. My call was returned very quickly and was very helpful with auto information.

The interior looked nothing like the photos available online. I'll just say Quality Motors has defiantly mastered trickery with camera angles.

I test drove 4 vehicles and EVERY one of them had serious issues: check engine light; no AC; unable to shift gear: good looking cars but not worth the $$

There was never anyone there when I went to the lot and when I called while I was on the lot, the owner stated he would not be available to come on the lot for an hour and a half as he was the only one working there.

the mdx conditon is so bad.

auto shop,got a diagnostic and it was the catalytic converter. there was nothing in writing in the envelope. Called and he was unavailable so I sent him a response on his email that has since been removed from my page. Also left 15 dollars for my TT&L to be mailed to me when he receives them and was not given a receipt. Prayerfully I will receive them. Was not pleased with his dishonesty, would have preferred that he was upfront with me. Will report him to the BBB if I have problems receiving my license plates in the mail and will hire an attorney..
