Very helpful
nobody I dealt with at fordham toyota could tell
the truth. I was told a different price over the
phone than in person. when I went to walk out
they agreed to the price I was offered over the
phone verbally but then preceeded to ask me to
sign something with a different number than we
just agreed on.

Very disappointed. The car (Prius c Two) was not available for a test drive the day I had scheduled an appointment. First, “someone” was test driving it, then a “person” showed up the day before.... then this “person” was there on the same day as me ready to sign. Come on, not everyone has the time for this BS!. The sales support specialist never contacted me or had the courtesy to inform me beforehand of this, if true, so I could avoid the two hours train ride to get there. Called and asked about the car. The person on the phone gave me the
basic details as advertised in CG. She said that in order to get more details
we need to come over. Drove to the agency on the same day with my
family. We were greeted, then were asked to feel out questionnaires for 45
minutes. Once we were done answering questions (including what paper
we read, what tv shows we watch, why do we choose that model, why do
we want to change cars, etc...) They told us that the car was sold just
before we came in.
The next day another person called to ask if I am still interested in the car.

The car was “sent to auction” two days after being advertised and while I was waiting for the sales manager to contact me. He never did. I found out when I inquired for the third time about the car.

The dealer did get back to us but we had to remind them several times over a week that we are still waiting to hear from them. We have terminated our interest in their car due to only one photo, several owners, and early alignment maintenance to a nearly new car. Mainly the slow response and promises to get back to us the same day but didn't is the reason for our three stars...
