I have 2 Fords that I get serviced there.

Advertised price on cargurus and dealer website
as $5000 below msrp. Dealer even emailed me
that pricing and advises a salesperson would call
next day. Next day they called and quoted
$10,000 higher before taxes etc. I asked why the
website showed lower pricing and even showed
them the ad and email, salesman said he would
discuss with manager. within a few minutes they
raised the prices on the dealer site and cargurus
by $10,000 and wouldnât reply to my texts or
calls. Since they keep asking me for reviews I
decided to post this. Decided to purchase my
2023 F250 but not from Ford of Port Richie

Grate experience, Justin the sale person very professional and knowledgeable and no pressure. We Get the Truck we want.
Very unprofessional from having us wait around to being addressed with "You asked to test drive a manual...do you even KNOW how to drive stick" to ending our conversation with a disrespectful comment under the sales managers breath. Had a bad feeling going into the dealership and after reading all reviews now realize exactly why their rating is so low. Arrogant and rude.
Would give a zero if I could. Absolutely AWFUL.
Took my $500 deposit over the phone to hold the
car for me so I could bring a check the next day.
Got a call at 7pm that night that he sold the car. I
asked for the manager and the manager called me a
liar and said they donât hold cars. Why would I give
you $500 to hold the car then? Absolutely terrible
people. DO NOT GO HERE.

Truck was posted for 38900. The only reason we
went to look at it . Got there truck was " not
ready to sell " but was posted on internet as
dealer special. Waited for dealer to clean up
truck . Went e on Monday to see truck. STILL
not ready . Sit down with salesman , asked
about price and financing. truck is now $ 45000.
Asked how this happened. Answer? The work
we put into it . They put a new bumper on it!!! I
will not return or refer anyone to this Dealership
So the price advertised on your app is not the price they charged me. They added an $1892 charge and called it the Port Richey Advantage. They did a bunch of stuff to the car that I didn't want then charged me this fee. When I told them I didn't want that stuff done they just shrugged and said well it's already done...
Reached out to them about a truck and hey did respond pretty quickly. I asked for a price breakdown over the phone and was told they would email it to me. Two days later I received it. Unfortunately the truck had sold the day before that. When I mentioned that to the salesperson in the email they replied that they had others that may be similar. I would expect them to know a vehicle was sold before sending out info about to another potential customer, I don’t like wasting my time.
They gave me a price over the phone and I asked if it was negotiable and they said they were ready to make a deal, end of month,
covid etc. I said iI had an hour and half drive, and would only come if it was negotiable. I rcvd at least 4 phone calls, 4 texts and
multiple emails confirming I was coming and that they would have the vehicle cleaned, sanitized and ready for the test drive. So of
course when I show up, they dont even know what I am there for. The vehicle is on the lot and filthy. STRIKE one.
so after test dry, they try and jam this 1900 dollar package down my throat and were unwilling to budge on the price. When I said
why would you waist my time driving an hour and a half and not disclose this, the manager tells me about fine print.
I left, and will never go back, and strongly caution anyone to steer clear of this unscrupulous dealer.

I would avoid this dealer at all cost! First of all, when you ask about a car listed on car guru they raise the price and say you don’t qualify for certain discounts. Next they tell you that the car will have unlimited coverage no matter the mileage or year, however they attempt to not give you any confirmation of it and yet charge you an additional $1895.00 for it without any proof of it. They also try to add delivery charges, document fees, even tinted windows, as if I was asking for them to be done! The additional $1895 for the warranty they add to purchase price of the car not itemizing it as a warranty! You conveniently aren’t able to read the documents that you are electronically signing. They try not to give you any copies and just try to hand you a thumb drive, so you have no idea of what you just signed! The finance manager is beyond rude and unprofessional! When you tell them that you don’t want their so called PORT RICHEY ADVANTAGE they insist everyone gets it!

Nice folks. Bought the truck. Love it.
Not happy with this Dealership, asked if they had a lower deal and they only took of $698.40 WHAT??? They gave me a brake down of the contract and it went from the sticker price to $698.40 then with there tax this and fee that it brought it back up to the Sticker price of the Vehicle. What!!! I live in Bradenton and they are in Port Richey so I just wanted a Great Deal.

To be fair, the level of service I experience here was definitely better than 1 star. But, after doing the prelijminary stuff
to get the car shipped to me--we were close to completing the deal--I was informed that the car had been SOLD... 5
days after I confirmed that we wanted the car and were ready to put down any deposit required. I think these folks are
just not used to selling online.
I would put no stars if I could! They were awful!!!!!! I asked for better pictures of the vehicle and they said they would send them to me after it came out of the detail shop then he emailed me and said sorry it’s sold!!! Seriously I had contacted them twice a day wanting to see more pictures. I won’t buy from them.
I wish I could give the a zero star rating but I can’t. First off I got prequalified for a loan Through Westlake financing but they wanted me to go though there financing company. It took about 30 minutes to find out that I wasn’t qualified for financing though Ford of Port Richey which I already know. So I told them to try Westlake financing . It took then 2 hours to tell me that Westlake would not finance me so I waisted my time & gas money thinking that Westlake financing would loan me the money that I needed . At the end Ford of Port Richey told me that I would have to put down $ 25,000 just to get the car.

Drove about 45 minutes to see this truck. Within 1 minute I was told by the salesman to add $1800 for a refurbishing fee and another $1,000
if I don't use their financing.

The worst car buying experience I’ve ever encountered or heard of. Called them and asked to hold a truck, drove 3 hours up there only to find out they were in the process of selling to another party. Instead of putting any effort into getting me into that truck, the sales rep found humor in it, and tried selling me $50k plus vehicles. Wouldn’t recommend this dealership to an enemy. Hope this saves others hours of aggravation and time wasted.

Receptionist was wonderful and thoughtful. Salesman, Cleveland was great. He saw that the vehicles didn’t meet our requirements and told us that he’d keep an eye out for those that meet our needs. Although we didn’t buy from New Port Ritchie Ford, the experience was top notch. Thanks.

Dealership knew what they had. Not much wiggle room on price. Salesperson was excellent to deal with however.
Seen listing and stats on vehicle but no pics. So I called to make sure it was there and someone named Desi said it was, so off I went. Got there and was passed off to Steve who was great! He told me the vehicle just got there and was going thru service inspection before being offered for sale. He showed me vehicle and let me drive it but in the end, turned out to fail inspection and was NOT FOR SALE. Probably shouldn't list a vehicle for sale online before you actually inspect it to see if it's sale worthy...VERY DISAPPOINTING!! Thank you Steve for your professionalism and kindness.

Though I ended up purchasing a car from somewhere else, it was not
because of the dealership. Everyone I encountered at Ford of Port Richey
were very nice. It purchased elsewhere only because they did not have in
their inventory a vehicle that worked for me.
Nick, the sales guy was very professional, sweet, and made every effort to
help me. If you're in the market for a Ford or used car... give them a go.

I had been looking for a 2014 Mazda 6 since before Christmas and had seen this vehicle posted, I contacted the dealership over the internet, called twice, including 40 minutes before arriving at the dealership, to make sure the car was still available, since I live in Brooksville. I arrived to discover that the car wasn't even on the lot. I feel that it was a bait and switch. But I wasn't biting and left upset feeling that they had completely wasted my time. I continue to watch the post and the car remained posted for 2 more days following. I would not recommend this dealer!

Great sales person
I wouldn't know too much because I received an email
requesting me to see the vehicle that evening and I
responded to the salesman that I would be there. When I
arrived the salesman had already left and it took someone
20 minutes to look for it just to get back to tell me the van
had already been taken to the auction. I was disappointed
after driving a half hour. I am sure it was just an oversight
but still I could have done something else with that time.

I was going to get up early to be at the dealership when it
opened to purchase the truck. All I asked was for a call the
night before to my trip would not be wasted. I got that call at
11:30 the following. Needless to say I had not driven that
distance without knowing for sure the truck was still there. I
have since purchased another truck. Their loss.

Internet sales team for Port Richey Ford responded to me in a timely manner to my request via
Car Gurus.
As soon as I arrived at the dealership to look at the 2013 Corvette I was interested in I was greeted with open arms and welcomed as a family member. Not only was I greeted by staff members, but even one of the owners came to me to make sure someone was taking care of me. He even took time out of his busy schedule to give me a history lesson on the Shelby Cobra they had on the showroom floor.
In over 40 years of dealing with various dealerships this was the first time I've ever experienced anything like this. Port Richey Ford really does want your business.
I owe this all to Car Gurus for helping me find the car I was looking for.
It's a great site if you're looking for a great deal on a Corvette.
