They contacted me, however it was difficult to get the info I requested in original email to them. They were not very helpful, they never told me the vehicle was sold. I found from Cargurus that vehicle was sold. Then I see it advertised again for a day. Bait & switch to get me to come in for another vehicle that I’m not interested in. It’s a good thing I didn’t have to drive 2 hours to dealership to get my time wasted. Because I found out from you it was sold. Does anyone in this country know what customer service means anymore? They advertise cars they DO NOT HAVE! Tell you “it was just sold.” Then try selling you something else. They then leave the car on their website and car gurus and actually keep lowering price even after it was “sold.” Extremely slimy, unethical tactics. Wouldn’t recommend wasting your time to get scammed and lied to.

I had a great buying experience at Ford Country. I was able to get the vehicle I wanted at the price I wanted. There was a slight glitch in filling out the paper work, but the team “made it right” which I’m quite happy about. If you are looking for a Ford, go see the folks at Ford Country!

homework/research and worked with me to make a sale. He was available for answering
my questions and after all was said and done, and I was satisfied that they were offering
me the best deal, I worked with Mike to complete the sale and now am a proud owner of a
new Ford, from Ford Country!

My experience with the dealership was very satisfying. We reached a deal in one day, all done over the phone. By the way, the LaCrosse is a great secret among luxury cars.

Kind people tried to help but we called ahead of time to see if a vehicle was there which they told s it was and when we got there it apparently sold the other day wasting our time.

They advertised 2018 Ford Explorer for sale then
to find out they told me it was for law
enforcement only well there was no mention of
that in the advertisement you need to state
things like that when you advertise a SUV for
sale well I'm dealing with 2 other dealerships in a
2019 Ford explorer at the same price and no
issues who they sell it to.

Bait and switch. When I went to the dealer they didn't have the car and tried to sell me a new one. Wasted my time.

Terrible service! I forgot my registration at the dealership (got mixed up with
other paperwork) and they would not hand it over to me until I threatened not
to leave without it. They took my property hostage just so I could come back
another day. DO NOT BUY FROM THESE UNPROFESSIONALS!

The sales rep was a dolt. Typical high pressure tactics used decades ago by shady dealers. When I go to management it is implied that I was at fault for receiving bad service. I'll drive to California before I buy from these idiots.

The overall experience from the moment we arrived until we drove off the lot was exceptional. Rod, Bob & Kevin were great to deal with. We had a price in mind and after some back and forth we bought the car for the amount we originally offered.
FYI...Be sure and check out Mustang Sally's restaurant. The food, décor and service is terrific.

This dealer took more than 24hrs to reply. They called after 8pm
only left me the office number and when u called back that night
about 8:30 they were closed. I did not hear back until the next late
afternoon. We spoke for 5 min, it was typical car sales, I
expressed my needs, the sales guy said great, I got return call 48hrs
that the truck I wanted was sold. Have not heard back since
