Talked to salesmen told them I was going to see car with plan to buy filled out application which they said they never received but I have the email that says otherwise drove over 2 hours when I get there I asked to see car and was told it sold the night before complete waste of time and this was on Easter Sunday so I’d warn anyone to be cautious here and don’t believe anything they say just my opinion honestly dont see how they have any customers

Responded right away, but added a bunch of extra charges to the deal. Almost trying to hide them within the numbers. One major charge was a $1800 GPS tracker fee.

I would give them a zero if I could. The service at this establishment is horrible. The price of the
vehicle was confirmed by an employee we tried to set up a time to come see the vehicle and the
employee kept going back and forth with us via email. We asked if the car was available and if we
came in the next morning could we test drive the car. He confirmed that the car was available and
the price that was on the website but said the car was at their other lot 20 minutes away and we
could not see it for two days. We said okay we are very interested in the car but by the next
morning a manager called and said the car price went up by more than 5000.00 .

They pulled the old “Bait and switch.” I drove almost 3 hours to their dealership to pay an agreed upon price. They then wouldn’t honor the proposal they sent me, and I walked away over $2k.

After communicating over the phone and relaying to the sales Representative (Jesse Whittler) internet sales confirmed that the truck was a crew cab 4wd with a 6’ + bed we made our long trip to Folsom. When arriving he shows me two other 2023 Ram trucks with a 5’7” bed. I showed him the all the text and window sticker of the correct 2024 but had no understanding what happened. Definitely unprofessional and would never recommend this company.

these people are total liars this vehicle was supossed to be a pacifica L touring and it was a voyager
i told the salesman i didnt want a voyager before i even made the drive clear to folsom he insisted it
was a pacifica totally lied to me also wasted my time and gas salesman name was ali
I set an appointment to view the only honda they had in stock and was rushed to make a purchase because someone else had arrived and was going to buy it. So i took it on a test drive and was ready to pay full price because they weren’t negotiating. I was already pre-approved and yet the salesperson there still ended up running my credit assuring me that it was just part of the process. Just to later find out afterwards when i was negotiating the extras he wanted me to get that i didn’t want that hey they sold it already we have this ford in stock. And when i said ok thats fine ill just leave, he said I already ran your credit just get a car here you wont get a better rate. I didn't need a better rate i was pre-approved at 6% with my bank he was trying to pressure me into buying a car i didnt want so i said thank you for your time and left. My guess is the other person took all the options and he didnt care for my business. Oh well
Five Stars since they got right back to me and told me the car had been sold. I still would have liked them to have answered my question, which was "is it a standard or
automatic transmission" I'm guessing it was an automatic since they didn't post it. In the end it really doesn't matter as the car is gone. But if anyone reading this is a dealer
you could save yourself a lot of nuisence calls by including that info. Sometime they list the smallest details but ignore what kind of transmission is in the car. I'm sure it's
probably a plow to get you to call on the car and then try to close on the deal.
Who knows, who cares.

Rude staff more interested in green bay packer game, waa told truck would be moved up to front of dealership by 4:00 ( time of my arrival), finally found the truck on the lot. Left quarter panel is severely sctratched up, and right rear tire was damaged and worn in a strange pattern ?? Salesman had no intention of addressing the issues. He told us their detail shop did their best to "rub out" the scratches(?) Rub out? The majority of the scratches were down to bare metal ( no paint left to rub)! If it wasn't for the paint damage I would of bought it right there, or at least an attempt to resolve with repairs contigant of sale on dealers behalf. Your business is only as good as your worse sales rep.....

How come, offer a toyota corolla 1996, wait for a phone call, send me a e-mail to offer this car then I call to a dealer to ask again for price, then say is not for sale there, we going to put that car on auction ?? and days after send me a e-mail and offer the same car just playing around, this is a serious business ??
Very responsive and communicative. Made every effort for me to get to the dealership. I described my trade in before driving 80 miles to the dealership and was assured that they would at least make a fair assessment. I can't say that they are any worse than any other dealership. They try to take your money! I understand that. I expect that. Unfortunately they were no better than any other dealership either. They were insulting about my trade in car, offering me about one-third of its fair value. They wasted my time.

They contacted me and made an appointment. Very easy experience and purchased the vehicle with a great salesperson Julian. Would recommend them to anyone.
Not impressed. Price is more than I want to spend. Looking in the $45,000 and below range. Wish they could have attempted to worked with me more. Very dismissive in person. Said the price is clearly too high for me and they are a affluent area. They didn't even send a salesman out. Drove 2 hours to get there so it was clear I was serious and wanting to make a purchase.

Very overpriced and manager was very condescending about reasonable
offers on the vehicle. Also did not listen to what I was looking for or how much
I was willing to pay and kept trying to bait with cars out of my price range.
Would not recommend.

Contacted me via email. Confused as I was sent information on a truck
different than the one I inquired about. The original post as shown here
was a complete fabrication. The photos used were I think a brand new
truck. The truck a second person told me it was is blue. He sent me a
video of the truck and asked if I was interested. I said maybe and asked for
a price and vin check. Haven't heard back.

We started out on the wrong foot. We had a verbal agreement over the phone. I drove a whole hour to get there because she promised me a certain price once I got there they let me test drive the car shortly after that they told me they couldn't do the deal they told me. I was extremely disappointed and I drove home. They call me back the next day and put up the price just a bed and brought it all the way to my house to make up for the trouble

Called and offered a good price on a new car. Even though I didn't
buy a car and wanted to go with a used car, I would recommend
