Salesman was very responsive, but only answered half of my direct (emailed) questions. With time, I am sure he'd have answered all 7 or 8. We did not do a deal as the car was sold to another buyer, but salesman let me know quickly.

Both the salesman and the manager were good to deal with and more than fair in what they were asking for the rav4 and what they gave me for my trade in. Would go to them again for sure.

Good product, little light on product knowledge

Just couldn't make our purchase work here. Simple things about the car we're not explained to me, like where the hood release was, or the transmission fluid dipstick location. Engine compartment looked like it was really gone through thoroughly and all mechanical components were likely inspected thoroughly. Some minor parts of interior were missing, like headrests on seats.

Awesome dealership! I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Flower to anyone.
