Jacob was great made the buying experience a quick experience for us since we had both boys with us was very patient with us and our boys. Would definitely recommend this dealership great experience. We also traded in our old car quick and smooth process. We are thrilled with our new Honda Pilot. Also Nate who helped get pictures before it was even detailed and answer many of our questions.

Good experience, responded quickly and was treated courteously while at the dealership.
Sales rep was pleasant and easy to communicate with. The vehicle however was woefully overpriced and makes me question the mechanics at this dealer. Bolts just sitting in the vehicle, the sun shade initially not wanting to work and making a horrendous racket once it does start working, but most of all the clutch being terrible and close to going out. To be told vehicle prices is non negotiable and based on the market is laughable and not in check with reality. The vehicle is not in good condition and cannot be sold as if it is.

We had a very positive experience. The staff was responsive and we found a great car we love.
Went down to look at an audi drive two hours called ahead never got call back. Car wasn't ready didn't tell me the rear mirror was broke. That the windshield broke while in the lot. And the mechanic didn't fix the pulley before putting it on the lot. Try to add a 4000 extended warranty without making sure I didn't already have a company.
No more contact since initial response.
Dealership raised price of this vechicle by
$2000.00 with no explanation. I inquired
about it in my “1st contact” email. Asked
specific questions about the interior color.
Neither of my inquiries were answered. Car
is way over priced from comparable
vehicles currently on the market with similar
mileage & options. Price gouging??? Also,
they have a “No-haggle” price policy which
is not fair market competitiveness. As a
potential customer, I should have the
ability to negotiate any terms for a
significant financial expenditure.

Never saw the 2016 Mazda Miata 5 but did test drive 2003 Mazda Miata 5 very sharp looking car but overpriced and wouldn’t come down on the price :((
I made contact with the internet sales department which was very friendly. I didn’t make any appointment to see the as I was only staying in the area for work and wasn’t sure if I’d be able to make it over. But at the last minute I decided to walk to the dealer and look around. When I arrived I spent about 20mins on the lot and no one offered to help me. Proceeded to look once again at the car I was interested in then left. If it wasn’t for the prompt response of emails I prolly rate this dealer at a 2 stars compared to other VW dealers I have visited.
Great salesman, but the sales manager was annoying. I understand car sales are getting to be a tougher business...many dealerships are taking the no-haggle price approach which some people feel better about. Main problem for dealerships is that consumers have a lot more resources...(CarGurus, NADA, KBB, google reviews, etc.) This is why I say the sales manager was annoying, he might be a cool guy, and I understand he's conditioned to use the tactics he knows but you've got to identify and level with the consumers who do their homework. It makes you as a professional look bad, its got to be embarrassing in front of your employees and then it also makes the dealership look bad. Again, I totally understand the drive behind sales and making revenues happen but this was a disappointing experience. The dealer advertises fees and taxes and all included but mine were not. Good job sneaking those on top of the purchase price. Shame

This was the perfect car that I've been looking. I have the money ready the bank ready transit already. And they said they would not sell it to me as I was in California. This went back and work for a week. I finally found that are in Mississippi will have it shipped to my home and that transaction only took one day. I am at customer service at flow. It's not good and The sales man would just text me instead of calling and just say sorry. It's really not how I want to be treated pine car.
