They were very helpful in answering my questions. They were quick to respond in sending additional pictures I requested. This was not the vehicle for us but was happy with the dealwership

A representative from the dealership responded back to my inquiry quickly. Unfortunately, I was on vacation and could not get to the dealership in time to purchase the car. I asked the salesman to please keep an eye out for me for another VW beetle convertible.

Chris our Consultant at Flow Auto of Charlottesville was very professional throughout our visit. He listens attentively with absolutely no pressure in purchasing the vehicle. Although the vehicle was sold before I fully committed to the purchase. Chris follow up on all my questions.
