Dishonest online vehicle descriptions, rude service.
Drove 3.5 hours one-way to see a specific vehicle only to discover it had a cracked windshield — a fact that was not disclosed online or visible in the photos. The crack had been filled with resin, but it was still about the size of a quarter and less than an inch from the center of the driver’s field of vision. Just driving it around the block gave me a headache.
I’ve been searching for a very specific year/make/model/trim — a car well known in the harpist community for being ideal for transporting gear. I was serious about this car, and I drove eight hours round trip with traffic to see it. This car is no longer in production or I’d buy it new.
When I pointed out the crack and said I wouldn’t have made the drive if I’d known, the manager told me, “You should expect that from a cheap car.”
I’m sorry, but $15,000 is not cheap to me. Nor was this the cheapest vehicle in the tristate area. While the dealership offered $300 off to

The dealer was very responsive and kept me informed the whole time
I would give ZERO stars if it was possible. I had been in contact with the dealership for 2 weeks via email.
We agreed on me trading two cars for one. I booked a hotel and my wife and I traveled there last Friday
evening. We arrived at the dealership at 10 am to make the deal. they told me they had taken the car to get
an oil change. For approximately 2.5 hours multiple people had been telling us the place was busy where
they took the car. I asked where it was so I could see it in person. The manager then stated they found a
mechanical issue with the car and had taken it to get fixed. They had been lying to us for over 2 hours.
Needless to say we left. They could have postponed our trip, could have been honest. We are out hotel,
gas, meals, and time. Very shady dealership. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM!!

They responded promptly unfortunately I couldnt be available to look at inventory.
They got back to me quickly, I did a quick look over and test drive that day. I came back a day later, wrote a check,
got quick financing for the rest and drove home in my 2018 Tacoma. Got a good trade in value on my older Tacoma
too. I usually HATE buying vehicles but this went very smooth. Five Stars.
I spoke with a salesperson on Friday and set up an appointment for the next day at 9:30. When I arrived I was told the car was taken for an overnight test drive and would not be back until the evening. I drove 45 minutes to get there and altered my morning plans so I could see the car. Very disappointed that no one contacted me to let me know the car was not available to look at.

Worst dealership I've been to. I went in there a lot because I'm a first time buyer and I was looking at Outbacks, the last time I went in there, just wanted to start up a car and play around with it, it was the type I was looking for, wasn't bothering anyone, and they were rude, really rude and basically told me to leave. Kevin never took our appointments seriously and always had something going, not just once or twice but every time. He was unprofessional and rude. They have a 2012 Outback with 215k miles and it has visible damage, I saw it, they have no pics of it on their website and have it listed at almost 10k with taxes. What a joke. Do not go here if you want good service and reasonable prices. Ended up buying from a great Subaru dealer up north.

Overall experience with Marion Fox was very good. But I did not appreciate the high pressure effort by the Finance Manager to sell an extended warranty. If you want a seasoned customer to buy something you need to provide more information earlier in the process rather than shoving a one page sheet under our noses as we're trying to finish the sales transaction.

They listed their "dealer's price" for the model I am interested in as the vehicle's MSRP. But turned out their price is actually $3000 above MSRP!!!

They answered my questions & sent several emails to me to come
see the vehicle.
I was going to put that my experience was good on here, but I am noticing
that since speaking with me, the car was brought down to lower price and
then sold. They were not willing to work with us that way and I am honestly
very upset at this new information. I thought at time the salesman was
doing the best he could to help us out, but clearly we were not getting the
full advantage help we should of gotten. The car was 18,995 when we tried
to negotiate and they said they could not do any better than that and now
we find out week later they lowered price and sold it to someone else......I
really wanted that car and they were just 1000 over our budget and that
price lowering would of made the sale to us most likely. I am thoroughly
upset over this.
