I called them twice and they said they would get back to me but no one ever got back to me. I started the process by purchasing online from Cargurus and did not receive a response immediately. I called last Saturday and left a voicemail and no one ever called back.

This was the worst dealership I’ve ever dealt with, after they low balled the value of my vehicle trade by about half of it’s listed value the salesman began to argue and become angry after I attempted to negotiate because I knew he was way below the value. They also replaced the fog lights on the vehicle for sale with incorrect lights for the model and refused to account for this in the reflected price. The vehicle was not cleaned or prepared for sale in any way and they stated that the tires were replaced which the vehicle had mixed types of tires that were incorrect. Overall, very poor experience, they are the textbook shady used car salesmen.

Trashed out car over priced and fixed pricing (non-negotiable) . Drove 2hrs and a half to see a car in "good conditions", looked great on the video sent, turned out to be nit even in fair conditions, worse than that, sunroof damage and heavily dented to the point water gets leaks in, wheels all cuffed up, interior was horrible with a foul odor, and transmission sounded weird and if all of this I was not informed. Be Aware.

I went in to look at vehicle. Right off the bat the tires were worn to where I would not have driven the vehicle off the lot. There were other less minor issues not disclosed that would have impacted the sale price as well. When I did sit with a sales person they proceeded to tell me how great their deals were. I told them what I was willing to pay in cash for the vehicle considering things that needed to be corrected to make it safe to drive. I was informed that the dealer did not negotiate and by the way, there were additional fees for dealer prep and delivery. Overall, their ads are deceptive and meant to draw in inexperienced buyers.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER!!! I went to see this car, in extremely bad weather (far away from where I lived). They didn't even have the decency of telling me there was no human agent available to meet me there. I waited and waited, but no one came to greet me, while I kept getting robotic messages that someone will be there to meet me outside shortly. I didn't get to speak to anyone, and I didn't get to see the car at all!!!!!! Worst customer service experience!!!! They should not even get one star honestly.

I drove all the way to the dealer to be told that the car was sold then I got a call later that week about the car being still available and more info would be sent my way but I received nothing. They are nice people but I guess my case fell through the cracks.

They called today to see if I was still interested, but shipping is 2500. I told him I was not expecting that much since it would be a cash deal. I even inferred I would use my car on Poshmark TV. Great salesmanship and General manager. They worked very hard to suit my needs. Honest salesmanship . Puts customer 1st!

Daughter went to test drive the car and she liked it. Salesperson gave her a purchase quote $3,000 higher than the listed price. I emailed back and never received a response. (I guess there isn’t much to say when your list price is just a ploy to get you in). We later received an email saying it was unfortunate we couldn’t make the appointment to test drive the car and an offer to reschedule. What a joke. Run!

AMAZING! Purchased remotely and had the car delivered to our door. Christian was our salesman and he was the best! Answered questions quickly, helped get us in touch with financing, he even sent a video with all the car’s details. No haggling on the price, and the car is exactly as described. Florida Fine Car Dealership is awesome. They are professional the sales person, Michael Spotts provided great service. I purchased the car from Ohio. Everything was set up when I got there and I drove away that afternoon. The finance personnel were very helpful. They were all very professional. I highly recommend them.

The only reason the dealer got 3 stars is because of the finance officer David. The car had two bald tires and once i made an inquire about the car, the salesman was not around and i had to bug David for everything. It was a cold feeling dealing with them. David did his best to help me. Car was very good quality. I would not recommend them to anyone.

Car's are advertised at low price to get customers in, then when you want to buy, they jack it up by thousands. I negotiated and after I arranged insurance and financing and delivered a $5k down payment to them, the night before I was to go in and pick up the car, they sold it to someone else. They could have had a customer for life with me but these people are stereotypical "used car salesmen" they tried to pull so many tricks on me that a younger buyer would have fallen for. They tried to tell me that because my credit union who was financing the car, is in Connecticut, I would have to drive the car to Connecticut to get it inspected. Then they told me they do not accept out of state financing. All lies. They led me on until it was time for me to pick up the car and jerked it out from under me. NEVER go to this shark tank for a car.

They lied to me about buying this car on the payment I wanted. Don't trust them!! I told them is name was Eddy my payment right now is 250.00 dollars per month and I need to keep it there. I have no money to put down and I have a 2016 Kia Soul to trade and I owe about 5000 dollars on it. Eddy said that's no problem. He asked me to take some pictures of my car inside and out and text them to him with the vin # so I did. Eddy text me back and again said ok Mike got your pictures and 250 per month should be no problem. I was contacted by the dealership the next day and was told that I would have to put 2000 dollars down and my payment would be 385.00 per month. So you see not only did they lie to me they upset me and wasted my time. I did everything Eddy asked of me and didn't get the car I wanted. So for that reason I don't think this car dealership is honest to the people.

That is the last I have heard from this dealer. It's a shame because I need to buy a car and I'm willing to spend up to $40,000.

Stay away from this dealer. Read all the numerous negative reviews. They are all correct. In addition, they re-list cars at lower prices that they do not have. To confirm the negative reviews I called regarding a vehicle I wanted to purchase. After being asked what car I was calling for, I was told it had been sold. The FOLLOWING DAY the agency reported to CarGurus that they were lowering the price of that same car. I called again and AGAIN was told they no longer had the car. And worst of all the car is STILL LISTED. However, they have confirmed with me that they do not actually have the car for sale. DO NOT try to purchase from this dealer. Too many other reputable and honest dealers to buy from.

Was the typical car buying experience. Not fun time consuming long periods of waiting. The car was as advertised and an overall good deal. The salesman was good. Price for the car not negotiable we were ok with that. I would suggest you rethink trading a car in low-ball tactics on trade in. Know what Finance rate your credit will get you. They did meet the rate I could get but their first attempt was to get me in a higher interest rate. I am happy with the purchase never have liked the car buying experience.

This is the first time I’ve ever bought a car without driving or seeing it in person. I’m 300 miles away. But it was too good of a deal not to try it. Anyways, the process was so easy not having to deal with all the in person at dealership stuff. Did credit app online. It was actually a great experience deLing with FFC! I probably spent less than 30 mins to get the car I wanted. I will try them again next year when my daughter turns 16. Everything worked out perfectly and went smooth. Gustavo did a wonderful job and kept me in the loop on my delivery. It was a surprise anniversary present for my wife. Car came detailed and ready for her to enjoy !!! Bait and switch dealer..don’t tell you cabriolet and trunk inoperable until just before you buy a car. Then they tell you car is sold as is! No reduction on the price! They add crazy fees $899 dealer prep and a really crazy 597 electronic filing fee!! They can keep their cars!! Sales people inept!

Probably being generous with 2 stars. The initial contact was nice enough I guess. They contacted me without answering any of my originally submitted questions. Only asking me to come test drive. I'm 600 miles away (within my initial request for information). So, I ask all my questions again and that was over a week ago. They've not contacted me since. I only asked for total price, any additional pictures and if they had a preferred shipping company. Pretty lame but explains why a low priced clean vehicle has been available for so long. Maybe it is just to get people in the door and doesn't exist.

Its been almost a month since i traded in my car and they have not paid of my car. They dont want to answer my phone calls and had to make another payment on the car i traded in. They start off with great service but ends as soon as you buy a car and leave. The best advice i can give to anyone looking for a car is look else where unless you want to deal with really bad service.

Typical car sales person. I told them I did not lime the fact that the car, a 4 cylinder had a trailer hitch. Not knowing what it was used for and that the stress of towing something could cause damage to the car. His answer was, if the hitch bothers you, just take it off.

These guys are crooks. They advertise their vehicles on car search sites as "No accidents" and "No Title Issues" reported to Carfax, and just below the average sales price for a good vehicle in good condition. What they DO NOT DISCLOSE is that the vehicles actually DO have ACCIDENTS and DAMAGE TO STRUCTURE reported, and even after this has been brought to their attention, they are still unwilling to acknowledge the fact that the car is over priced. They had a sweet looking 2016 Lexus IS 350 advertised for $24, 980 with no issues reported, but of course, the Carfax came back with 2 ACCIDENTS AND DAMAGE REPORTED TO FRAME, with a Carfax value of $22, 640. Just stay away from this place.... add this to the list of bad used car dealerships. Take your business elsewhere and buy a decent, reliable car.

I had offers online for 16,800 trade in they offered 13,000 every car they had was fleet vehicle's slight accident or just a bad deal. Would never buy from them ever. Sales guy Mustafa was great. Manager unfortunately lied to me so left a bad taste. the display was clearly damaged where you could hardly see the numbers indicating the Speed. According to the Manager, ALL VW's look like that. "they make them like that" I've had VW's all my life and they are 100% not made with defective displays. This dealership advertised a car for $14,200. Final price after added dealer markup $17.300. To sum up nice folks adding a lot of additional dealer markup on the vehicle. They state they sell at wholesale, except when they add back in more fees than i have ever seen. The fees have fees, Read the fine print, the doc fee of 899 is listed the rest are not known until one asks for a final price. Secondly the vehicles are supposedly inspected by them and a $200 inspection fee is tacked on for this. I had a 3rd party inspection done ( $170.00) and they found worn tires and pulsating brakes needing replacement and repair. Dealer rep comment to this. "Sometimes they miss things". I would steer clear of these folks. I am used to buying cars with price plus tax and a reasonable title fee.

Wouldn't give the carfax until a secretary finally sent it to me. The car was wrecked 3 times with only 5000 on it.

Very friendly and helpful Danny was great I showed up without an appointment to see a car and the car was being loaded on to a truck to go to one of their other locations he tried to get it for me to test drive but was un able to. Dealing with Florida Fine Cars was one of the best car buying experiences I've had in 50 years. The salesman sent me a video of the car, we arranged an appointment for my wife & I to look at it and take it for test drive. He pre-qualified me for the financing. We loved the car and decided to purchase it. They disclosed some damage to the car that was not on the Car Facts report.which showed the integrity of the dealership. I'm very happy with Florida Fine Cars and my salesman, Nate.

This is the worst car dealership I have ever dealt with. I live out of state and found a car I was interested in. I called every day for a week before I got a call returned. Employees have 0 knowledge on the vehicles. The only info I’ve actually been able to get is the out the door price. That includes $1700 in fees. Including a $900 dealer prep fee and a $300 electronic filing fees. This set off alarm bells so I checked out their BBB report and suffice it to say it’s ugly. I recommend that you save your time and money and find a car elsewhere.

We bought the mustang and had Nate for salesman, who worked well with us and the manager worked well with us also. When we walked in the door they asked us if we wanted water or coffee. But be aware it is a wholesale car dealer as is. We found the interior passenger door lock doesn't work. Also they only gave us one key, very upsetting. The key didn't even have a fob. So this will be out of pocket cost.

Dealer fees are a sham they do not need to charge over a 1000 dollars in pure extra profit fees it's just not necessary if your gonna make enhancements to car the customer should have then choice to decline price plus tax tags and title should be it .....fees are pure extra profits some states outlaw so word to wise find a dealer that's doesn't charge extra fees or very low dealer fees like I did and found the same van for a better price

Dealer didn’t write on the ad that the price was cash only because the car had a Canadian title. We drove 50mins to get there to only be told the car was cash only and they wouldn’t negotiate a price with us.

My experience was not good. They maid we wait two hours just to sign the final paperwork. Then tried to rip me off with a high car payment. They also said that they gave me gas and did not the car had a quarter tank of gas when I test drove it and that is how I got it back. They said that they would give me $10.oo of gas and did not. I have bought over ten cars in my lifetime and always got a full tank of gas. They also gave me to much hassle and looked to much into my private business. I would never by a car from them again!!!

I went to the dealer to inspect the car. Called two hours later to tell them I would take it. My guy was already gone for the day. After 2 days, 5 messages to the salesman. Plus another 2 messages to the manager. I bought another car $30,000 more. I wish it did not take them 4 days to call me back.

Drove 45 nin. To see the car. Was told they couldn't find the keys. Asked to see another car. Waited 30 min. Before salesman came back and said the car was out for inspection. Waste of time. Unprofessional.

Not really sure...they were slow to respond to pictures...did not give me a lot of confidence in buying from them. I got the feeling they were so busy they could not keep up, not sure if this is correct or not.

I was contacted very quick by George but my seller was Jay a really nice person. i am happy with my car. but be careful when you get the total amount because sometimes they add more. I din't like the manager on duty in that moment Jose even he is Spanic person he did not anything for us my car was empty 0 gasoline Jay my seller asked him if he can do anything for us he said he couldn't, anyway JAY is a very good seller he makes us my husband and i feel so comfortable. When we arrived, we met Brandon, a new salesman, who was very nice. The report showed the vehicle didn't have accident damage; however, I questioned why the back driver side door was obviously repaired. Brandon said, "I don't see anything, I need glasses", "the car just got back from the body shop". When he opened the trunk, the broken radiator cover was in there. We test drove the car anyway and was told it was a non-smoking car...not likely. There was a small burn on the seat and a very strong fragrance (not 2016 new car smell) inside. On top of the list price there is a $899 "Dealer Fee". We left, too many issues for my $18,000.

Don't trust this dealership. All that was left for me to do was sign the paperwork and they sold the car to another buyer. Everything happens for a reason because the Range Rover I purchased has less miles with no accidents on it!

Great customer service! I was called by the dealer to set up an appointmenr to see the car. I made the appointment within 1 hr. By the time I got there, the car was ready to show. I met with Mike and Jeff, they were the exceptional sales team, no hassle, no pressure. The 2015 CX9 was exatly as described. I am now the new owner. I will definitely recommend this dealership. Jon miller and Sasha were awesome. Vehicle listed not in Miami but in WPB. Carfax has this vehicle with an accident and structural damage. From other reviews it might be true that most cars on fine cars have been in accidents before. Two stars for the quality of the salespersons. Nothing more. Buyer beware

We were very pleased and loved the car. Unfortunately, car was sold before we could make our decision. It did convince us of what we want, however. That was exactly the car we wanted. We want to confine our continued search to model 3 bmw convertibles, or A4 Audi convertibles: exterior deep blue, interior white or cream, and any year up to 2014. I was reached out by an individual who purportedly work for this dealership yet everything he told me and did, made me more apprehensive and skeptical about what I was hearing so I decided to seek out the sales manager and from his description of the car's history, pretty much convinced me it was not worth making an offer and to stay away away from it.

Foisted a bogus "car detailing" contract for over $1000 into the financing package at 22% interest because I had poor credit, but when I inquired as to my FICO score, they said NO score appeared. I doubt they ever ran my credit, just wrote me into the highest possible interest loan. Also, told me the vehicle would be aligned and ready for pickup the following day by noon. After and hour's drive to get there, was told the vehicle would not be ready until possibly the end of that week. I had not signed off on the deal yet, so after threatening to cancel the deal and much heated dispute, I finally had the vehicle delivered at 5 pm after waiting their eight hours.

The worst buying experience I have ever had. Car was repainted and they lied when I asked about it. Headlights didn't work and I didn't notice when I checked it out in the day. They buy all their cars from auctions and say the inspect them but clearly do not. I am currently active duty Army and they were willing to sell me a unreliable, unsafe, untruthful vehicle. The dodge dealership I took the car to be inspected at said the car wasn't worth anything close to what I paid. I was fooled and feel beyond stupid for attempting to by from them. Please find a car elsewhere.

Excellent, wish I could have bought a car from them. Kristina was great, was very close to buying the BMW, just a little small for me to be comfortable after a Lexus. Would sent my best friend to see them, without hesitation.

vehicle was available after letting me know that it was not. It took about 2 hrs to continue with the process. It was never rxplained to me the process of shopping. The vehicle was crashed and when pulled the carfax report they said they did not know about that situation.

This dealer is unprofessional and very evasive. I received a call from this office stating that the car was located on their Hollywood lot. I was told that they could relocate the car to West Palm Beach if I was absolutely certain that I would purchase the car upon delivery. The car has no pick turns on line and the sales associate had not seen the car either so neither of us was clear on the condition of the car. I told them that I would drive to Hollywood to see the car in person instead of having to deliver the car. After driving to Hollywood I was told that the car was in transition to WPB so I call the WPB deliver who confirm this After coming back to WPB they told me that they could not find the car in their inventory. What a waste of time and effort. Truly a used car dealer with part-time sales associates as no one who I spoke to the day before was there the following day, unprofessional behaviors. No one know which end is up or they or just game players ...Unforunately I bought no car. Very disappointing as I'm a person of my word.

Contacted by a telemarketer style sales person right away, but she couldn't answer any questions about the car I contacted them about. She still wanted to gather lots of information about me and try and provide information about different cars. I tried getting the same information through an internet chat, but got the exact same response. It's been several days and a legit sales person never followed up about the car I contacted them about. Seems like to me they advertised a good deal to generate sales leads rather than sell a specific car at a great price.
