They are great
This is a mediocre dealer at best. I made an appointment to see the car I was interested.,When I arrived, they couldn’t find the car or the keys, when they did I found the car was filthy dirty, the salesperson knew nothing about the car and the car had all sorts of things wrong with it. I did not trust anything about this dealer and thus neither the car.. Big thumbs down in my book.

Dear Paul, Florida sales tax, tag and title are not undisclosed fees. We have a $399 dealer fee which is lower than most dealerships and that is clearly advertised. Your review is misleading and false.

Agreed on a price for this vehicle and when I decided to pull the trigger, the deal changed. I agreed to split the difference, but was not afforded any grace period to have my mechanic check the vehicle out. Decided not to buy due to both issues. Of the car is in good shape as they say, why could I not get 3 days/50 miles to have the car checked out?

Marianne we agreed on a price yes, but you hesitated and said that you were not on a rush and stil shopping around. Then you came back a couple of days later, and we explained to you that the clear coat on it was peeling on different spots, as you can see on the pictures, and we sent the vehicle to get new paint / new clear coat all over it, now the car looks amazing, but we of course couldn't take the offer anymore, after you said you were shopping around, we made some changes and we had expenses to cover now. Prompt to answer. Over 100 photos, told the car was 100%, ran as good as it looked. AC and mechanically 100 % as checked by their mechanic and passed
inspection (never provided). I bought the car and had it shipped unseen and on their word. Actual findings: photos were photoshopped, wheels scuffed, many
imperfections in paint and body. Nowhere near what the pictures depict. Mechanically in poor condition: the AC doesn't work, radio does not work, subwoofer
shot, emissions system needs repair. Brakes, front end, drive belt. Too many things to list and over $8000 to repair. ( I have the estimate from a BMW repair shop).
Less than helpful to resolve so far. Hope this changes. Would not recommend buying anything from them without seeing, driving and possibly inspecting yourself.

Customer got mad as per at time of delivery, the person who received the vehicle (15 years old) broke the handle on the passenger side, we resolved the issue and said we will take it back same way we sent it, but customer said he is not responsible for it, and we responded "please do not send the car back". After that he is trying to put bad reviews on every website and lied about it. He took the car to a BMW repair shop and of course they are making $8K on cosmetic wear and tear issues, on a 20 years old vehicle, good for them.
