Unfortunately, the RSX was sold shortly after sending an e-mail to Flood Mazda. The person responding (Jason) was friendly and offered to help with other used vehicles on their lot, but I did not see any I wished to inquire about. I will look at their website periodically to see if their stock changes. They seem like a good dealership, from my limited interactions with them.

Picked up my gently used miata today. Can't say enough about this dealership. Top shelf. Jason stayed in touch and was very responsive with no high pressure sales tactics. My sales men Greg was fantastic. Very knowledgable, honest and profesional. Great experience!

Excellent transaction! Everything was seamless and the perks of using this dealership are great! Jason & Rich were completely helpful and knowledgeable. I didn’t feel as if I were getting the shaft. Best car-buying experience thus far! Will definitely use Flood Mazda for my next vehicle purchase

Got a automated reply . Then the internet guy email me with wrong information and the hard sell . However I know how to find out what I need to know without wasting my time , and there's . In the end , even though there web site said contact us for your best price . They wouldn't move or address the things that I would need to buy. We are at a stand still , waiting for a price drop, (told not likely ) .Overall good , but there is always a but . Someone with less know how could get hammered into a car.

Was willing to pay the advertised asking price but the salesperson would not negotiate on adding a $150 rack onto the car. After buying three cars in 15 years from the parent dealership and Mazda, I felt they didn't believe in any customer loyalty. Plenty of other car dealers.

My experience at Flood was amazing! When I inquired about the bottom line, they responded by email promptly, followed by a phone call. I traveled an hour to look at the car and bought it on the spot. The salesperson, Jeff, treated me like family. Every step of the process was easy...Colby took care of all the paperwork and found me a great rate (better than my credit union) for the loan. This is the best buying experience I have ever had. It was easier to buy a quality car from them, than buying a cell phone. I drove out of there in a quality care at a great price! I wish I could give them more starts. Seriously, do yourself a favor and go to Flood. They were worth the drive. I love my new Mazda!
