I drove for 3 hours to test drive this car. I told them that I wanted to buy it but I needed financing. I had the documents with me that were needed to proceed. They came back in 20 minutes and said that I was turned down because my credit score was in the 500's..which was completely false and that the car was too old to be financed..which is also facetious as there are several financial institutions that deal with older classic vehicles. I have several apps that inform me when someone has asked for my credit information and none of them notified me. I left and called my bank and they informed me that no one had inquired about a loan on my behalf but they would be more than happy to extend me the funds for the car. I have never been so humiliated in my life..as bad as I wanted the car, I would not deal with them again.

You did sign a credit application during your visit, and per your request we also emailed you a copy of your credit report. Our team submitted the application to lenders, but the vehicle’s age and their program guidelines prevented an approval through the banks we work with. Each lender has different restrictions on older or specialty vehicles, which is why outcomes can vary.

Wasn’t a bad experience. Just wasn’t the best. Tried hassling me into putting more money down. Until I finally had enough and stopped communicating with the individual. Would not budge on the price. Even though the entire underside of the passenger door is rusted out.

Responded to inquiry within 5 minutes. Everyone was friendly. Truck was very clean. Ready for test drive. Within couple hours left with new truck.

So far the dealer Kevin has been really helpful and friendly. I will hopefully be going Wednesday to look at the vehicle. Fingers crossed things work
Jacob contacted me by email and if I had known e had contacted me I could've bought his 2004 GMC. He sent me email on 6-30-2018, I didn't read my email till 7-2-18. I called hey were closed. I called Monday I spoke to Jacob he said he was sorry he sold the vehicle Saturday morning. He kept my number for the future he said e gets those 2500 series at least 3 times per yr.

Easy to deal with. Quick response to messages. I live 4 hours away and they were very helpful with pictures, videos and info on the vehicle. Would definitely deal with them again!

Went to look and bought this truck. Seller said it came from an older gentleman that had horses. However the title revealed it came from a lumber /logging business. So a tipical salesman. Also had to send the flood disclosure form back to get notarized so I can get a clear title.
