I corresponded for about a week with a sales reps before looking at the vehicle. Some
of the questions that I had asked in my emails were not answered. The sales rep also
scheduled an appointment time for me to look at the vehicle, but failed to let me know
that. Sales rep was friendly and polite, but could have been a bit more professional.
Using phrases like "my bad" come of as too casual. Also when you have a serious
buyer looking at a vehicle, it's important to point out valuable features of the vehicle,
not things like how many cup holders it has. Although this is a Ford dealership, it
would be helpful when you have a customer coming to look at a specific vehicle, to do
a little research on said vehicle - I knew more about the car than he did. Also unwilling
to negotiate on price. I had money to spend and threw out a number. I would have
negotiated a little higher, but they didn't even try, so I walked away.

We were giving you a great deal and we also did offer you an additional discount to try to get closer to your offer. After a week of corresponding with our sales rep we really wish we were able to come to agreement but some times it is not meant to be. Thanks again for giving us an opportunity and for your feedback.
So during this Covid-19 pandemic I had been looking for a truck online for a few months and was not finding anything in my price range. So I extended my search area from within 2 hours, to 3 hours.
I found what really looked to be a good deal, after talking via email and text for about a week, looking at lots of pictures of the exterior and inside cab, I thought I had found my truck. I talked with my salesman, sales manager, and business manager. Got all the financing arranged. I called and arranged to meet. They said they would detail the vehicle for me,, so it was ready for me when I arrived. My wife and I drove 3 hours to pickup the truck. When I arrived, my salesman was with another customer so he gave me the keys to go take a closer look and take it for a drive. As soon as we opened the cab doors we seen problems. Lots of problems.
First thing was the holes in the rear passenger headliner, oily, greasy stains all over the visors and front area, etc. We left and drove home.

The truck in question is 4 years old and does have 67,000 miles, it is not close to perfect and I apologize if my team did not represent this to you. The grease on the visor was an easy fix, thank you for bringing that to our attention, this was most likely done during the Service inspection and was missed, our bad. This truck would go through a final detail before you purchased and at that time would be handled as well.

Great experience! I sent a message on Sunday and they contacted me first thing Monday morning
and we set up a test dive appointment. Later in the morning the sales rep had gone and personally
looked at the car and called me to let me know a few things that he didn't think were disclosed
well in the ad. I went ahead with the appointment and was very happy with the in-person
experience. The sales guy assisted in making sure everything was functioning as expected. They
knew the vehicle's history and shared it with me. I went ahead with the purchase and highly
recommend this dealer!

Tried for weeks to make a deal. We eventually agreed on a deal which included fixing a broken part on a car but then they backed out and
would not fix the $50 part. Sales manager called me- not to apologize for backing out of the deal but to only inform me they did not have
enough profit in the car to do what they promised to do. Terrible customer service. Will never buy from them

The sales lady responded very fast and was very informative. The vehicle didn't have a few options we were looking for and she checked to see if bluetooth could be added. If we hadn't found one with everything we were looking for we would have tried working a deal.
