Oran was my sales person from the dealership. Since I was from out of state, I had to put a deposit down on the car which I did. Upon arrival, Oran had a family emergency and was not there. He had one of his co-workers help me, Conner. Conner was great however, he could not tell me anything about the vehicle I was purchasing. The vehicle was NOT detailed at all. Conner did what he could but nothing like it should have been buying from a Toyota dealership. I am having to pay for the car to be detailed. Conner had to keep asking the sales manager questions. The sales manager is NOT a manager by any means and never even spoke to us once. Being from out of state, you would think he would at least say congrats! NOTHING! Very disappointed in this dealership as I purchased a high end car with least service. Donna in Finance was awesome! That process was smooth and she worked very well with my credit union in NM. She did a good job.

Sales rep reached out, did not answer any of the questions that I'd added to the request template and kept asking for my phone #, when I'd specifically stated that I only wanted to communicate via email. Repeated emails asking me to call or to give my phone # and still never addressed what I'd requested in the original inquiry.

Nice salesman, enthusiastic. He gave a good written quote on cost with breakdown of expenses. I definitely appreciated this. I did feel that there were too many dealer added costs. Due to other life factors, I was unable to buy but it was a reasonable deal.

Called approximately 60 minutes before my appointment to confirm that I could see a used car. When I walked in to see the car I was told it had engine trouble and was destined to wholesale. Findlay had other cars to show me instead... Not interested in having my time wasted, I walked out. Totally understandable had I not called 60 minutes earlier to confirm, but unacceptable and feels like a sleazy bait and switch given the confirmation call. We can do better than this in a small town.

if i didnt make an online inquiry I would NOT have bought a truck .i was on the lot when i contacted the dealer. bought a truck that. Cassandra Donahue helped me out that day and she was great, even waited till after close and i drove off with a truck that night. !

Findlay Toyota was very helpful in my Tacoma purchase. I had to travel from Tucson to Flagstaff, AZ and Dustin picked me up at the shuttle drop and took me to the dealership to pick up my Tacoma, even helping me setup my phone in the truck before I left.

Simple transaction yet it took a long time to complete (4 hours). Friendly staff. Now if I was in charge and knew someone was coming to see a particular vehicle, couple days notice and driving over 130 miles to see it, then I would have had the car detailed and ready to go. I would use them again in the future.

The first meeting was awkward. I left because it was late and I was't ready to make a decision. At that point I wasn't sure about going back to Findlay Toyota. Their marketing manager, Penny, reached out to me 5 days later, set up an appointment for me to come back. Much better experience, I made a purchase and will recommend this dealership to others.

On the sales side great 5 star- bought it at noon said would be ready the next day at noon detailed and new timing belt finally drove away at 4;40 pm----service department no communication as to way the wait. Seem like they did not care that I was wating and then the detail was worse then just running the car through a 15.00 car wash.

SO FAR.... Prompt, courteous, helpful and I believe honest. I have not yet received the car, but, sight unseen, they gave me a very fair trade on my old car (2013 Passat TDI SEL). Much better than the local dealer who also had not seen the car. Art has been ON IT!!

We actually enjoyed ourselves. We made the deal on the cost of the car over the phone with our old car as a trade-in. Once we got there, there was no additional hassling and they honored their word, selling us the car at the price that was agreed on. We highly recommend Findlay Toyota in Flagstaff.

The sales person was to busy, and when we turned over to another sales person, well he didn't known what he had on the lot. The service department is excellent, we take our new car in here for service. They do aim to please. We bought our Highlandef from a private party.

If I could give no stars I would...they are flat out 100% crooks...I walked on them and you should too...go to the Phoenix area or cottonwood, Prescott or show low...these guys are crooks...100% dishonest...I drove two hours and had a verbal deal..they jacked the price 5000 dollars during my drive...Jon the supposed man in charge is a crook...he is on a high horse and told me "that's the price I don't negotiate". "your wasting my time". He is a salesman keep in mind...that sells cars...don't waste your time...I beg you...go elsewhere...run from that place...run run run...again run run run...I mean car salesman have a reputation Findaly Toyota takes that reputation and lives up and surpasses it...verbal agreements mean nothing to these people...NOTHING...please help put them out of business In a quality place like flagstaff...there is no room for crooks like that there...
