Made an appointment to see the car after being called numerous times from the dealer, drove 2 hours to look at it just to find out it was sold right before I arrived. What is the point of scheduling an appointment??? They don't respect customers' time.

I received a call within 1 hour from Jim Parrish. Working with get Fiesta Ford and Jim Parrish was the easiest transaction that I have ever made with purchasing a car. I transferred the money from my account to theirs and I received a phone call within a few hours asking if I wanted my car the same day. I live in Nevada the car came from California they drove four hours one way to make sure I got my car same day they received their money I was originally expecting the car to arrive 3 days after transactions happened. What a surprise I am so impressed. Thank you Jim Parrish and Fiesta Ford for making my car purchase so easy. I love my car!

Unfortunately the truck sold the day after I contacted Fiesta Ford, so my experience with them was limited. I will say that they responded very quickly to my questions and offered to help me in any way they could in the future. Very professional dealership.

Best Car Buying Experience, If your going to buy a car, talk to Mr. Ron Stewart. He is the fleet/internet sales manager. He is easy going, intelligent, and a wonderful personality and will work with you on several buying options. Ron Stewart made my car buying experience fantastic !

Could not finance wanted cash only

Fiesta Ford misrepresented the car as having a warranty and I arrived to find it did not. They had no service records on the car nor did they do an adequate inspection of the car. The battery ran down after I got home, I found that the struts and sway bar had to be replaced. Let the buyer beware with these guys.

They called several times and made me good offers for the Crossfire. I have no complaints about the professionalism or commitment to making me a happy customer.

Car was sold when they got back to me. No deal possible. I bought a Equus from a dealer locally.

The agent, Ron Olson, contacted me promptly and an appointment was made. Mr. Olson was courteous and low pressure. I test drove the car, but didn't purchase that day. I would go back to Fiesta Ford.

Extremely unprofessional - disgusting experience. Eli, the dealer confirmed the price and just the next day he disappeared. On contacting he said 'sorry' I forgot to get back - we sold the car - and just like some other people have experienced with this dealership - they have re listed the same car with a higher price. They asked for cash - I had arranged all the money - my kid was excited and unfortunately - sure bad experience.

They said they'll call me back about a listing they had but I never heard from them again, a few days later I check their inventory and had the vehicle listed for $6000 more...No Wonder I never heard from them again, what a great wait to do business . I went to a local dealer and got my vehicle for a lower price now, I would NOT recommend anyone to fiesta ford.

No return calls although promised, great amount of confusion as to who was to get back with me. No body really knew much about the car.

I was told by one of your representative that you had a 2008 dodge diesel at the tent sale at Sams. I had her verify that the car was there 15 min before I arrived. I was to ask for Ben a salesperson, which had the info I needed, I got the guy I was looking for and he didn't have a clue. I was disappointed to say the least. This is not a vehicle that you had, Ben assured me that I had been given the wrong information by the girl in the office. I hate to think this is almost a bait and switch.
