Salesman was awesome and highly communicative. The truck was better than expected, and it’s unfortunate that the deal couldn’t work. They low-balled the trade, and refused to come up to get a deal done (which is their right). When I mentioned that they weren’t willing to waive the mandatory “dealer add-on” or come off their price, all I was told is that they had previously discounted the truck, so this was all they could do. Again, unfortunate that a deal couldn’t be done, but the dealership was nice, courteous, and professional.

Great, speedy experience

We wasted Memorial day morning driving 30 miles to see this vehicle. The Volt wasn't charged at all ,so I could not tell if the battery works or has weakened over the past 8 years. Then the test drive was ridiculous. A lap around the block, then back to the parking lot. No chance to take it onto the highway to see if the car can get to highway speeds.

Although the vehicle was not still available, they were still nice. They were not overly aggressive, which is what I look for.

Dealer contacted me promptly. Vehicle had a pending sale. Representative offered to contact me if deal didn't happen or if similar deal became available. He did not pressure me to come in and has not contacted me again (which I appreciate). While I was not able to purchase a vehicle from them I absolutely appreciate the no pressure approach and not being hounded on a daily basis. I would absolutely consider this dealership if something else came up that I was interested in. You should give them a try.
