When I got to the dealership, told me car was sold. Sales team failed to contact me. I asked them to email me. But they kept calling and pestering me. The price they advertised was incorrect online. This stewardship has mark ups. It’s a ‘BAIT AND SWITCH’ tactic they use to lure you into the stearlership. Avoid!!!

Willing to work on pricing! Awesome service. I brought the chr as is but the latch messed up and side passenger seat lever messed up. They didn't have to fixed it but the are ordering new parts to replaced now.

Drove 25 miles to see a car that was listed. Salesman claimed they "could not find it" and tried to push cars that we weren't looking for. Salesman did not listen at all. A week later, the car was still listed. I reached out via email asking them to confirm the car was there and available. All I got was an automated email. Won't waste my time with this dealer again.

I was helped right away but it just felt like they were really desperate to sale the vehicle I looked at. When I told them I wasn't interested in purchasing today, as I was gathering information, plus I still had a couple of other vehicles I was going to look at, they said "what can we do to get you to walk out of here with this van today?" Uh hello-- did u not hear the part about im not interested in purchasing today. The pressure to buy today ended up turning me off and ultimately I ended up buying from another dealership. Also, this vehicle looked horrendous on the inside. There was paint all over the interior in the back, very noticeable grease stains on the carpet in the rear of the vehicle. I expect if u are in possession of a vehicle for 60 days, I expect you to try and at least make it not look like you just took possession of the vehicle.

Update: Too bad their post sales support is
terrible. Didn't mail my plates when received, as
they said they would, and won't send a
mounting bracket they said they would in their
voicemail.
Since they've only been good while waiting for
me to hand over a check, I can no longer
recommend them.

I walked away...
After a few emails negotiating a sales price, we came to an agreement to purchase a 2018 CPO Civic Si. Unfortunately,
what Fernandez Honda classifies as CPO is not in agreement with the industry. A Certified Pre-Owned car is a used car
that needs nothing because the dealer has inspected and corrected any issue that needed attention/repair/remedy. I
agreed to Fernandez's final offer because it included a $4000 worth of CPO (per the email from the sales person).
However, after driving from Austin to San Antonio to pay for and pick up my CPO-ed Honda, I discovered that it had a
damaged bumper. I asked the dealer to fix it because it is supposed to be a CPO car (needs nothing) but I was told:
take it as is or leave it, so I walked away. I would not have any issue buying that car with the damaged bumper had the
dealer sold it to me as a USED car and not a CPO car, but Fernandez Honda misinformed me and wasted our time. Not
the honesty I expect from a Honda dealer.

My first time at a Honda dealership. Everyone was very curteous and nice, pleasant to work with and were patient with me. The guy who was working with me, Rudy, was awsome. He was very informative and heprd me with so many questions I had, kept in contact with me with updates on the vehicle that I wanted. The financial manager, Oscar was also very respectful and worked very well with me with questions I had. Everyone was very professional and I ended up leaving the dealership with exactly what I went in for.

Shockingly bad. The car’s paint was seriously oxidized and there was duct tape on the roof. I have never had a used car dealer attempt to sell me a car with duct tape on it.

I went to test drive van and I told the salesperson that I was interested was going to see 2 other vehicles. She asked how much was I will to pay and I told her it was listed for $3900. She called me a few hours later to tell me that it was listed for $4900. I told her that on there website and on your site it was listed at $3900. To my surprise a few hours later the same vehicle was listed for $4900 changing the price from the morning to afternoon. Needless to say I went with another dealer.

The vehicle I was interested in ended up selling, but the sales people/staff were courteous and helpful. Someone from their sales team contacted me a few days later about a similar vehicle they received, seeing if I was interested. I had already purchased from a different place but the follow up inquiry was a nice touch. The overall experience was positive, if the need arises I would come back.

Worst delearship ever. I told them i have my own bank and Manager wanted to finance with them in a higher interest rate. Told them not interested. Of course, managers are greedy, do not even have customer service skills, only care about their pockets.

The price of the vehicle was great. The customer service before purchasing the vehicle was good. After the vehicle was purchased the customer service was horrible. I was told the vehicle had to keys. After purchasing I was told the vehicle only had one key. I asked about the second key and was told they would call me. I received a text several days later from the guy that sold me the vehicle and it said call my manager. I called the manager and he didn't answer. I left several voicemails and text with no response. After 8 hours I called from my wife's phone and he answered. He told me that he would not be able to provide a second key. Great price horrible customer service. I would not purchase another vehicle from this dealership.

The whole process was nice and easy. Tony my sales man was very nice. The whole staff is selected and well trained. Even the man who clean my car was super nice they make you feel very special.

Very nice salesman, easy process overall. The only problem was the
finance guy. He was pushy and used fear as a sales tactic for the
warranty. He was doing his job, it was just a bit abrupt.

The salesperson at Fernandez honda was very personable, willing to meet with me so I can test drive the car. He was fine with me coming back anothe rday so I could have my son test drive it also. Not much pressure. We ended up purchasing from here and they even ordered the owner's manual for us that was missing.

The dealership was not wiling to gather additional information to see if we could work out a deal. I bought a vehicle a week later with a dealer that worked with me.

AWESOME!!! Go see Coach. He is the most genuine salesman I have meet in YEARS! I will be back to purchase more vehicles from him.
