Not good. Set up an appointment to see a 2015
Lexus ES 350 crafted line last week only to get there
and they told me it was sold that morning. They
called me the next day to say I missed my
appointment to see the car. I told them that I was
there and they told us the car was sold. I asked them
to double check and let me know if the car was sold
or not, to which they replied it was. The sad thing is I
am still getting emails telling me they have it in stock
and itâs still listed on the cargurus.com website.
Arnes, the manager, and George, the salesman, are incredible people with excellent customer service. I highly recommend this dealership to
anyone in a used car market to purchase a car from this outstanding dealership.
I bought a car from this dealership, and I am happy with their courteous and excellent customer service.

I was interested in coming to see the vehicle and giving it a test drive. When the salesman called he dove right onto financing questions, but when I had questions myself, he wasn't able to answer and said "the bank handles all of that". I didn't even know if I was interested but he was ready to make a sale.
The man was very typical New Jersey salesman aggressive and I just don't need that anxiety/pressure when looking for a new car.

The salesman was very friendly and approachable. He was very helpful. Unfortunately I had some reservations with the vehicle so I didn't purchase it at the time(needed to think it over). He was even so kind to text me and let me know that it had sold the same day. I would recommend them.

Excellent! Contacted me ASAP. Vehicle did qualify for my financing options but it still was a good deal.Maybe! Just didn't like the high mileage. Almost everything is out of factory warranty so it's no telling how long the car will last without getting some repairs and parts. It a Cadillac and they don't build them to last long anymore.

The salesman (Arnes) was extremely nice and helpful. Unfortunately, we didn't ask whether the car was owned by a non-smoker and that was a show stopper for us as the car had signs of excessive smoking inside. Plus, the rear lift gate was inoperable and very difficult to open. It just was not the car for us.

We were met as soon as we pulled in, we were showed a few different cars, but I still liked the first one so they set everything up, got everything done with a quickness and I was driving away in MY new car! Was great! I am so HAPPY! THANX!

I contacted them twice within a 3-day period. Email then phone. When I called to arrange
a test drive, they said the car had just been sold. It didn't matter because I didn't have
financing arranged yet, I was just exploring at that point.

Just dont shop here, go somewhere else. We purchased a 2007 Honda Fit. It had some minor issues that they were happy to help before
we drove off the lot. They were nice and helpful when they purchased it. We got the warranty after some pressure but figured why not.
30 days later we had serious car issues. It was undrivable as we barely made it back to the shop by my home. The warranty didnt cover the
issue as it was considered a basic maintenance issue (4 coil packs and 4 spark plugs). It was a $700 bill for parts and labor. They only
would help me if I got the car to them which wasn't an option. I asked for them to pay for the parts for what it would cost them and I would
cover difference. Not the labor, not what I paid for part. Just what they would have paid. They refused because they didnt look at the car.
Dont buy a car from them as they wont stand behind it. If they offered to do anything at all for me I would have been happy. They did
nothing.

Don’t even waste your time, no seriously don’t waste your time! Stop what your looking at and just look somewhere else. What you think is a good deal really is not. This place is a scam. They are good with their words and at first all seemed well. The vehicle I purchased had the check engine light come on before I even got out of Pittsburgh. I made the mistake of driving two hours because I thought I was getting a deal. When I brought up the issues, I was told the parts needed would be ordered and the vehicle would be fixed. When I texted the person I had been communicating with his response was “well I don’t work there anymore but your parts are in”. So I called and a new guy said No the parts are not in. Red flag right away and now I was confused. I told the head guy I would take it my garage locally and send them a list of parts the Murano needed. He agreed and again all seemed well. I got an estimate and my vehicle needs over $1,200 in repairs. They refuse to fix all issues.

Drove a hour away just to get a run around basically gave out a lot of information to them. Who knows what they did or do 90% of the cars was once trough a flood would not recommend them to anyone stay away

Customer service is good. I went to the dealership in person and was given space to first go look at whatever vehicle I wanted to, and then was approached by an employee. No pressure, which is always appreciated. Unfortunately there wasn't a truck I was looking for, but I appreciated the style of customer service that was given to me... Everybody is different! Give me space, ask me how I'm doing, I'll let you know I'm interested. 5 stars

The initial response was within a few days but no other answers after that. I emailed and called and left messages and never got any further information. I finally got someone to answer the phone just to tell me that the suv I wanted had been sold 3 days prior.

Internet person answered immediately. Sales person was another story.
I’ve shopped for a lot of cars in my 68 years but this gentleman couldn’t
have been more negative. I simply asked him if there were a lot of
dents, dings, etc because it’s difficult to determine from on line
pictures, especially on a black car. He said, well it’s a used car and it’s
sold as is. I told him I didn’t want to drive 2 1/2 hours to see the vehicle
if there were glaring problems. He again responded, it’s sold as is. It
was like I was bothering him with questions about a $5000 used car. I
hung up and never went to see the vehicle. Bought a car from another
dealer who seemed eager for my business.
