Fellah Auto Group is a family-owned independent car dealer that has been proudly serving Philadelphia since 2005. We started out as a small, single-lot used car dealer in Northeast Philadelphia. After nearly a decade, we expanded into Springfield PA, and a second location in Philadelphia. In 2020, Fellah Auto Group acquired Bristol Motor Cars, formerly Dieckhaus Buick, to begin serving Bucks County. With these three locations, we can easily serve all of southeast Pennsylvania and even our surrounding states. I have been looking for a new work van for a few months. I found this vehicle at Fellahs Auto Group in Bristol. I called and asked if they could transfer it to the Springfield location for me. They did the very same day. I went to look at it the next day. I dealt with Will who was very helpful and friendly. I put a down-payment on it that day and bought it a few days later. Im very happy with the overall stress free purchase of the van from the top to the bottom.

I was interested in the 2009 Toyota FJ Cruiser as I had a 2008 FJ which I missed, especially in heavy
snow! I contacted Fellah Auto Group who immediately called me back. I worked with Austin at Fellah
who was excellent. I told Austin my Dad passed away and he was the one who always helped me
with my auto decisions. Austin was my fill-in Dad and was very helpful and helped me out with the
financial aspects of this purchase.

Person I spoke to in store was nice. Gave me details about the car, but it turned out to be in the shop for a small repair. Was told I would get a call back within a week about the test drive. Never got a call back, the email I was given gave me a pre-written response saying the car was ready to test drive, and wasn’t able to speak to another person about the car. The fact that none of the questions I asked in that email and the fact that it seemed like a general email to get me into the store tipped me off that it was pre written.

Dealer was nice and so was staff but after offer was made, never heard back about it. As a dealership, you would think they would be in touch to make a sale. Found another Jeep a week later.

The experience was fantastic! My salesperson, Frank, was very helpful and I love the car!!
Friendly staff who responded to my inquiries quickly. Lyndsay was my first contact and got the ball rolling.
Charles worked with me on financing and had the car ready to go when my girlfriend showed up for the test drive.
The listing was accurate and we were given a walk-around prior to the test drive. They were up-front about the vehicle and answered any questions we had.
Easygoing and friendly staff. Fair pricing on this awesome automobile. We drove about two hours to this dealership and would recommend others to check them out.

Did not get to visit yet but they were helpful and ready to answer my questions.
Advertised price was farrrrr from sell price. I wasted my time and $50 Lyft fare going there. They also advertise everyone's approved... Not true according to the gruff salemen that tried to "hook me up with his friend who does credit repair" I witnessed others being told they couldn't have the vehicle they wanted as well.

Vehicle was not even close to the condition that it looked in the photos. What a wasted trip. Dealer would have had
to move 3 vehicles just to have me test drive it since the lot was parked so full.

I did end up buying this car, and the salesmen I dealt with were nice enough. However, I was disappointed that they only had the valet key for the car (gave me a local referral to get a "deal" on a key fob...something I would have hoped they would have already done) which means more $ out of my pocket, and the car came with no owner's manual and no service records. The car has numerous cigarette burns on the seats/doors and damage to the underside of the front end...not as clean as advertised. Also, I paid cash, and they weren't willing to negotiate on the price. Maybe I should have tried harder. The other issue was the availability of the car to test drive...I had to come back a second day because the car, which I was initially told was 5 minutes away, was at some further away remote lot. Don't want to knock them bc I think I got a good car at a good price but the lack of records/keys etc makes me nervous.

This was my first time financing a car and these guys made it so easy. The sales guy Ben was so professional and transparent I really enjoyed doing business with him . He was so helpful and wasn’t pushy. They found the best financing for my credit range and made sure I understood all the terms and conditions. The finance Rep Charles and the owner made sure I was comfortable with my purchase. I would definitely recommend purchasing a car from Fellah’s if your looking for trustworthy car salesmen.

Dealer tried to tell me that the price the Explorer was listed at was only with $2000 down on a finance deal. Would not honor their own 30 warranty that was on the car window if they "sacrificed" the car at the price listed. Nonetheless, I did buy the car at price listed and I am very happy with it.

these guys overcharge like a bunch of scam artists! their cars are
shoddy peices of garbage, and they wont even budge on price AT
ALL. stay away from this stink hole. they wasted about an hour of
my time showing me stupid video's on youtube to try and "make a
connection" so they could slip me some garbage about how the
price is very fair. i found a place where the car i was looking for 4
years newer, and 4000$ cheaper. this place buys cars from
auction for 10k, tosses 60$ at parts at them (seriously, i saw the
total parts breakdown they showed me) then double the price to
20k!! AVOID!!!
