Very friendly and helpful, i did not buy but they were not pressuring at all, courteous and got right back to me.
They never responded! I called on Friday, he told he was leaving town and wouldn't be back till Monday. I called back on Monday, no answer.
Doesn't seem like they're actually trying to sell cars.

Had everything lined up to purchase and unfortunately had to back out after we had requested work be done
on the vehicle. Though it was their right to keep the deposit we had put down, Mike and Dave dealt fairly with
us and we were able to come to an agreeable arrangement on a refund. I appreciate the fairness and honesty
received and will be back in the future if in the market again.

The pictures listed were months old, the car has clearly been sitting for a long time. It was covered in dust and the interior had animal hair all over. There were several problems with the car, multiple lights were on. The service members weren’t interested in fixing it or working with me.
BUYERS BEWARE!!! I purchased a vehicle through this dealer only to get half way home to a VERY Scary ride! The brakes were sticking on the left front! It wasn't even safe to drive and I had 65 more miles to go! Now, just two months later, the right side has gone bad!!! This is definitely NOT a reputable dealer! They are only interested in pushing their cars and certainly not in their customers or their safety!!!
I an appointment still had to be waiting on by mechanic. Sales personal walking around trying to act like they are busy. When I was finally help and test drove the vehicle. I came back in office to crush up some numbers and try to make deal. I told sales personal, I would like a break down of prices. I was giving a business card with $6,100.00 on it .If you add up everything price of vehicle,taxes,and transfer licence plate it's $6,035.00 not $6,100.00. I am not interested in doing business with this company.

Completely misrepresented the truck. Said there was no rust on it. The rear wheel liner had a good sized rust hole. And the bed was filled with body filler

Magic Mike was great!!! Very Helpful
My experience wasn't to bad there is a few things they should work on like showing a customer a filthy car with a flat tire and a dead key fob when I asked if they could wash it off so I could look at the black paint they used a hose witch didn't help much also had to go sign the paperwork again because the date was wrong but over all I would buy a vehicle from them again

Hess did a great job I went in looking for one cross over and walked out a totally different crossover and I'm very satisfied with my experience, they were nice a friendly.
This was one of my best car buying experiences ever. They are a real class act group of guys at Ford Road Motor Sales. Any problems or concerns I had was taken care of quickly. Prices were thousands less then what I could find in Minnesota. I located a Jeep using cargurus and called and asked many questions over the phone before leaving for my 10 hr. drive to Dearborn from Minnesota. I worked with Hass who answered my questions and sent me additional photos and ensured the car was reliable and in good shape. I did not want to drive 10 hr. and return empty handed. I drove through the night and arrived when they opened. They cleaned the car up and I was out of there and on the road back to Minnesota within 2 hours. I have put almost 2,000 miles on my Jeep since (30 days) and no problems. I love the car and would buy from them again. Thanks Chad

They were good and informative
I drove 2 hrs even after the salesman was very short with me on the phone to look at this vehicle. Salesman was outside smoking when he approached me, and told me nothing about the vehicle at all, just asked for my license so I could drive it! First thing I noticed was check engine light on and a warning about the suspension as well. Upon return with the test drive, I was gave some off the wall story about the check engine light, and the suspension warning! At that point I knew this was a dealership that I would not trust to give my money to! I was prepared to buy the vehicle with no financing that day, especially after driving so far, but I will simply go with a dealer I can trust! I wouldn’t send anybody to this place!!

They are not welcoming. They didn't make me feel that they're trying to make business. When I first came to the place to check the car, employees were sitting like in a cafeteria one is eating bf in her office and the guy who gave me the car key and left to have breakfast.
I wanted to trade with my 2008 they said the will take for $300.
How do you expect anyone treated this way to buy anything from them.
Not professional at all.

Traveled there from out of state only to be told the car I had intended to look at was currently in the body shop because someone had hit it looking at cars on there lot. Had the car pulled apart never got a chance to see it. They were nice, not very talkative. Didn't try showing me other options or anything either. Ended up leaving and never heard back from anyone for further help or info on the car I had initially wanted to check out

The staff was attentive to making the sale, unfortunately someone else bought it before I had the chance to see it in person. It seems that they don't have communication amongst the staff because the next day someone else called me and asked if I was going to buy it, as if they did not know it had already been sold.

They raised the price on the vehicle I was going to
buy asking me to take a seat see what he can do
and then after 30 minutes and not coming back to
talk to me I left. The car is nice but lots of
scratches not worth the extra 2000 not really worth
the asking price but I liked it and had the $. & there
service is so bad me & my cousin both looking for
vehicles walked out of there. After an hour of no
help. Don't know how they make money when they
let it walk out the door.

Sales employees did not seem very interested in helping me buy a car. Sold the car I was interested in without telling me so I made a 2 hour trip for nothing. I put a deposit down on a car and had to call many times to finally get it refunded. Buyer beware..

Although I made an appointment to see the vehicle it was not at dealership when I arrived and they had to go get it from owners house and I had to wait. And it was presented to me dirty. They didn't even clean it up. A headrest in back was missing and they didn't even know. It felt like it wasn't even s dealership car.

I was contacted in a timely fashion. Although I never went to see the vehicle
was offered an opportunity to do so and I was satisfied with that. I didn't go

They had a car for an awesome price- so
I called them asking if anything was
wrong with it or if there was a reason it
was priced the way it was. The manager
said nope, great condition just got a
good deal on it so I'm selling it cheap to
get rid of it. I drove 2 hours to see that
the car had been in an accident. It had
dents and scrapes all though out the
back and passenger side. I would have
expected him to tell me that! So
dissapointed, such a waste of time!

they ran my credit... Credit price is
13,000 with financing and payment

I called and asked mike to please set me
an appointment to test drive the Dodge
Charger, but Mike rudely said no. Mike
refused to set an appointment in advance
because the car might sell. Logically,
Mike's reasonig makes sense. But, I fault
Mike because he didn't ask me any
follow up questions. He spent as little
time as he could with me. And he
sounded impatient with me. If I am going
to consider spending $20,000 with you,
be willing to spend more than 30
seconds on the phone with me.

The car wasn't there. I drive 3 1/2 hours
to be told car sold that morning. Sales
person had no time for me unless I
wantedvto put deposit on car. During
every conversation he took many phone
calls and acted like we were
inconvenience him. I spoke to him about
his behavior and he had a continuous
list of excuses. Not a place to purchase
a car from.

Let's just say I would not buy my dream
car from this place. This establishment
has no tact or customer service or
professionalism. The prices are too
high. These are some of the most price
gouging salesmen I've ever dealt with.
That's why I didn't go through with a
deal I got approved for and went else
where and got a better car with a better
warranty and less miles.

I called about a specific vehicle.AN
SUV.person who answered didnt want
to give me ANY info about the car other
than that someone else is interested in
that one as well..well then take it off
your website!!! For all you know i had
cash in hand.i tried asking abkut it and
he refused to give me even ONE bit of
info about it.. and was told to view other
vehicles and CARS In that price
range....i didnt and dont care about
OTHER CARS..in that range...i WANTED
INFO ABOUT THE SPECIFIC one i called
and asked about. I guess his idea was
to just shove me off to ANY car.

Went the dealer, no one helped me. Its a big dealer, but lots of their cars are garbage. I know I wont be back to them.

Saw an Advert for a BMW 530i, contacted Ford motor sales and was pleased with their professional approach to doing business(Al saad was cool).The car was in great shape for a 100k plus mileage car.Did not have the money with me but deposited $100 and came back two days later with the remaining money.As easy as that.Was given great warrantly offers too.Overall it was a nice customer experience.

Do not waste your time, these
people are out of their minds!!!
The ad said "2007 cobalt ss extra
clean", It was a hour and a half
ride for me to go look at the car,
When I arrived at the dealership I
didn't even have to get out of my
vehicle to see that this car was
completely destroyed! The front
bumper was smashed and all
cracked up, the intercooler was
smashed in aswell. The breaks
were corroded beyond belief, The
rear bumper was painted the
wrong color of silver and then hit
again, and the interior was
destroyed! The seats were all
ripped up, mud all over the carpet
and the shifter boot was
completely ripped open. The tires
were bald and curb rashed all
over the place! Honestly do not
waste your time going to look at
one of their vehicles, It appeared
that most of their vehicles were in
this condition as well! Also their
whole lot was dirty & filled with
nails and screws! Buyers
beware!!!

When I went to the dealership the salesman was busy and never got
around to waiting on me. I went outside and looked at the car on my
own and because I did not like the car I just left without any
interaction with the salesman.

Would never consider buying a car form there again. Went to the
dealership and test drove the car. loved it, price was negotiated. Went
to the bank go the cash. The whole time the salesman was doing the
paper work he was getting phone calls. Apparently from another sales
man regarding the jeep. Everything was set and ready to go. He was
writing up the temp plates when the same person called and he
handed me the phone. The guy on the phone told me he could not sell
me the jeep because someone left a $20.00 deposit on it 2 weeks
ago. I ask him if he was kidding and told him I had the cash sitting on
the desk in front of his salesman. He then explained to me that he
was gonna get way more for the jeep by getting this other person
financed. I told him fine and left without the jeep. Souinded like they
were willing to work with the person on the financing because they
were going to rip her off. They were going to get $2000 more then they
even advertised the jeep for. Oh, well. Stay away!!
