Nery friendly and honest! Great experience and the way car buying should be. They are not you quick talking, pay check to pay check, wannabe ballers trying to push a a car so the can make there rent. The service is all in the name. Family Motors. Everyone that is working there is family. Salt of the earth people. Definitely would buy from them again.

Found the car I wanted, went to see it and test drive it the following day, closed the deal a few days later. Love the car, and FMC made it all super easy. Very professional and I would definitely recommend this small business to anyone for a great buying experience.

Vehicle was as described. Most dealers you go to say they’re policy is no pressure buying which is hardly the case. Family motor company was indeed a NO PRESSURE place which I truly appreciated. I didn’t end up purchasing the vehicle , but I would recommend this place to anyone who’s looking for a quality used vehicle!

We ended up not buying the vehicle. But the dealer reached out to me almost immediately. I thought it was an automatic text reply — but when I asked a question there was another text reply back answering that question. They answered several texts throughout the day (I prefer to text). I was happy with their customer service.

Unfriendly. Was not engaging did not seem that interested in selling me this vehicle. I was asked to update this review not sure what else to say. When I called I had to ask if this was a car dealership... reply was “yes”. I was offer no incentive to carry on a conversation... I stumbled on... on my side of the conversation, felt uncomfortable with the replies, was told that Kelly Blue Book not a good reference for car values. The price of said value of vehicle was about $2500-2800 high, was told that KBB often mis-states values, I ventured a question, then can I expect a 2000-2500 than what was stated in KBB for my trade in? From I was told that the price was firm... there were several others looking at this vehicle and it won’t last long. I see it is still for sale. I said thank you and decided to keep shopping and ended my call. So like I said in my initial brief review: Unfriendly. Was not engaging did not seem that interested in selling me this vehicle. What else can I say?

My experience with Joseph and Faith at Family Motor was excellent. Joseph has a depth of knowledge about cars that is impressive. He had the Toyota Highlander we were looking for in great condition at a great price. He helped us make sure the car was the right fit for us and met our needs. Then Faith helped us find financing that was well below anything I was able to find on my own. We bought the SUV and couldn't be happier! This was the best car buying experience I have ever had and I have already started recommending them to friends and family.

This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! Quick response from Faith and flexibility when arranging a test drive. Joseph answered all my questions about the car, and is very knowledgeable about pre-owned vehicles in general, therefore is especially selective as to the vehicles he will offer for sale. The vehicle I purchased was exactly as described on the website, and was clean and ready to go. The purchase paperwork was simple and straightforward, and they can connect you with financing it needed. Follow-up title and DMV forms arrived within a few days so I was able to get the license & registration filed quickly. I am so thrilled with my new (to me) car purchase from Family Motor Company!
