Responded to inquiry on a Ranger truck. Gave me a out the door quote. Drove to dealer and test drove truck and purchased.

I bought a vehicle from this dealership several weeks ago and was holding back a review just in case some paper work didn’t go through as they said or if some other problem occurred, but no. Everything was smooth and professional as I dealt with Steve and Jeff as I was buying a stinger from them. Jeff was great and they were both professional and helpful the whole way through. Every word that left their mouth was true and I never felt that I was being haggled or finessed. They were truthful from the start and highly recommend dealing with either or both of these gentlemen.

I was buying from a distance ,Dave S the internet sales manager very helpful in giving me info on car and checking multiple banks for getting best financing . Also arranging to deliver at my home .would have had 5 stars but cost fair but could have done better.

Suresh worked very hard to make the deal work. He was friendly, courteous, and professional. I recommend doing business with Fairway Ford. All of the employee I came into contact with were very nice.

Overall a good experience. I would recommend. The vehicle could have been cleaned better

honestly I was shocked how a serious car dealer would show or attempt to sale any car in the condition they show me this car. car was dirty, inside and outside and it smell really bad. I understand it was a used car but still. I know for a fact that if this car had been cleaned properly and smelled good it would sale without any problem since is a hot car. i was very disappointed. the only good thing was the sale person that realized the embarrassment his dealer had put him in, he tried his best to excuse the sanitation issue.

Dealership stated price was incorrect and still tried to get us to come and take a look at the vehicle. My conclusion is that they utilized an incorrect price to have people inquire about the vehicle and get them to visit the dealership. This shows disorganization and definitely wouldn’t want to buy a vehicle from a dealership that can’t get a price right.

Everyone from Jay, to Emily, Tim, and Chuck, plus all the men I saw and met were great! If I decide to purchase another Ford, in the near future I would come back to Fairway Ford. Everything went pretty quick. I'm happy!

Very nice, contacted me several times.....Unfortunately when I told him I was probably picking up the almost identical vehicle and mileage for 15k out the door on Thursday..... he immediately shot back that it was below their costs on their vehicle....Was polite but made no effort to make a deal after that....The funny thing is I liked him better than the folks I was dealing with and would have purchased from him provided the vehicle was in the condition it appeared to be in the pics and after a test drive, had he matched or come very close to the deal I already had in place....I did find it strange how one dealer could make a particular deal while another couldn't on pretty much identical vehicles...They must be in theirs high and maybe that is why it has sat for some time......But good luck to them....

Great Dealer. And Car! They will do anything possible to get you the car you want with an excellent deal! Will be buying more cars in the future from this specific Ford dealer.

First time here didn’t go so well the car they had booked my appointment for had already sold they never told us the car was sold until we got there and we drove an hour to see this specific car. They stated they could get an exact same one within 2 days a week later they tell me they can’t get a similar one but they have a black one I was willing to take it but they couldn’t get the VIN number for the car and asked for more time. All this was a total inconvenience because my boyfriend canceled a trip to Utah because they stated they were going to have the car ready and they didn’t costing my boyfriend $350 for canelling reservations and car rental. Just an overall very bad experience .

Great Service Toreno Is The Best

told dealer that tire looked flat, they were in a hurry to close shop, says its fine... next morning after taking the car home, tire was flat and I have no way get help as i did not have AAA. They did not offer to send anyone, just me to come back to the shop, 25 miles away

Poor Fairway. They were fine. Except they didnt have the RED explorer sport that I just had to have. NO other color would do.
