Overall a good experience. Worked a great deal with the salesman, only for another guy to lower my trade value at the end of negotiations . was not happy about that . It was kind of backwards as in my past vehicle dealings. it’s like being sucked in to keep you there longer , then right before you do the deal , they lower your trade value from what you were told .

Awesome experience. Justin Caplinger (sales) and Zack (finance) were both great. Justin made communication a breeze and ensured the sale went smoothly. I travelled to pick-up the Explorer with a car trailer from Michigan and it was clean and ready to go. Time at the dealer was minimal - quick test drive, loaded the vehicle, signed a few papers and on my way. Couldn't have went better. Highly recommend these guys. Thanks again!

Super nice and easy to work with.
I sent a email for one of trucks they had for sale. Todd Davis was the person that emailed me then he called and we talked for a while and I liked immediately like him. I was going to go and test drive the truck but something came up and I couldn't go. Todd was a good person to deal with.
