Saw this car online, went in to dealership it was actually as advertised. We ended up buying the car. Staff and owner was very nice and knowledgeable.
Wouldn’t accept my pre approval from Westlake Financial and charge an extra $1000 to apply for a loan from one of the lenders they work with.

The dealer didn't call me but I went on my own to the car lot. I was sure it was going to be a good purchase from the description and pictures
on the Car Guru website but once I arrived and seen the vehicle. It was not the one. The engine didn't sound right and unfortunately I did a
hard credit check to finance this vehicle and was given ridiculous rates. Something like 30 mo. at $342 a month. Westlake Bank. Another
bank ripping people off.

Hello Anthony, The subprime finance companies and banks we work with go off
customers credit history, so if a customer has had derogatory or past due accounts the bank or finance company will charge higher interest rates and or fees. And like we suggest to each and every customer if you have your own credit definitely go through them. As far as leads are concerned, we sometimes don't get leads because maybe there's an interference online. so we ask everyone to call us.

BUYER BEWARE...
I asked for the carfax on the car and the sales rep said that he didn't have permission and that the manager would have to give it to me. When I asked the manager he asked me why did I need it? Really? I laughed and said don't try to sell me, just give me the carfax. He asked me again, why? It's a great car with a great price! Let's start the process to get the car for you because there is another customer that wants this car and it first come first served.
I told him that because he couldn't get me the information that I needed to make an educated decision then keep the car, the carfax and his under preforming liability.
Buyer beware.

Dealer responded well and was very informative,but because of a logistic issue I was unable to make the purchase.
They were not honest when providing information. I called the dealer and asked for information about the car. I
asked several questions and asked the seller to be honest because I am an hour and a half away. He said
everything was fine and working in the car. When I got to the dealer they were kind to me, in fact they gave me the
keys to the car so I could inspect it myself, there was no pressure from the seller. When I turned it on there was a
noise from the engine, the sunroof didn't work, there was damage to the interior, the power running boards didn't
work. When I mention all this to the seller he answers oh yes. He clearly knew about all this but he didn't tell me in
the phone call, I wasted 3 hours of travel and 70 dollars in fuel for nothing.

Bad price and all junk underwood rusty and rocker almost gone. They put plastic rocker to cover up and ceiling g almost fell off engine trans transfer is great the frame mounted for cab on left side gone not worth to buy I turn it down I drove down there 5 hours and not happy about what dealer did to me they knew

The original truck I came to see had been sold. Joe (salesman) went above and beyond to in pointing out the discrepancies with every vehicle we inquired about. Very straight forward and courteous. I can’t say enough about how helpful this dealership was in making sure that everything was taken care of from the customer to the vehicle. We traveled from Michigan to see a few different vehicles, this dealership made us feel like great neighbors.
After trying to replace a brake light bulb, they found that the whole unit (top rear center) needed replacement, they ordered part on Saturday and it arrived Tuesday morning at my home in Michigan.
I will not hesitate to come back here for my future autos. Highly recommend. Regardless of purchases, they treat you with kindness and quality. Thank you Fairway

This has been the best auto shopping experience I have ever had. Joe, the owner & Guillermo, my
salesman both went above & beyond in my purchase of a replacement car that had given me
300,000 plus miles, But finally rested in peace. They found me a exact replacement, same model,
same color even with 60,000 miles & then fitted it out with new A/C & new tires. I flew in from St.
Louis To Chicago, O'Hare to pick it up sight unseen. Joe had me picked up at the airport with my
new car & threw me the keys to test ride. PERFECT VEHICLE ! Looked like new. They had
detailed to almost a new car. Interior was nicer than a new car. He was a man of his word on price,
NO SURPRISES. Except when it came to the paperwork, He removed $200. from the price for my
plane ticket into town. Where was this guy when I was purchasing new cars in the past ? He
understood I was retired & on a Soc. Security Fixed Income & He gave the best deal of my life. I

the second stop and purchased it so I never got there. They contacted me again and I
explained I bought a vehicle at my second stop but they were great on the phone and the car
was ready for me to inspect and drive I just never made it that far but from the phone

Disappointed that I didn't get a chance to purchase the vehicle, but the salesman Cesar and owner were very friendly, honest, and helpful. Would go back and purchase a if financing options were a little more flexible with bad credit. I was surprised that they didn't ask if I could get a co-signer, or try somehow to get me financed.

I was able to test drive the car I saw in CarGurus. The staff was really nice, not pushy, not trying to sell me another car. They just ask me what I thought of the car. I decided not to buy the car but I will definitely come back to look for another car in their lot again when the time comes.

I had a very pleasant experience with this friendly dealership. Nothing pushy or sketchy at all, just honest business. However, after I purchased the vehicle, some maintenance cost more than I had expected, but Fairway was even willing to purchase parts for me to save me some money on minor repairs. Would recommend these guys to anyone! Also, love my new car.

I spent the previous 3 weeks talking to Joe about purchasing a truck
from him. We proceeded to negotiate price and plan for me to make a 6
hour round trip to look at and purchase that truck. Last minute he
decides to tell me that he sold it hours before I go to buy it from him.
This is not a reputable dealership and I would NOT recommend that you
buy ANYTHING from here. Joe is not a man of his word and I would not
recommend even wasting your time trying to buy anything from this
kindergarten operation. Very disappointing to throw away 3 weeks of
planning and 6 years on my part of looking for the right truck. That is not
how you conduct business. Fairway Auto and especially Joe are not
honest and trustworthy. When you communicate with someone and
make an appointment you do not undermine the buyer and sell it from
beneath them. If I could give this dealer a no star review I would. Do not
buy from them!!!!!!!!!!!!

Emailed regarding trade in and received a fast response from Joseph. The next day Cesar also followed up with a phone call stating as Joe did that they'd accept my trade. They not only offered a good no haggle price for the Jeep Commander but gave me exactly what I was looking for on my van for trade in. They seem to have a good inventory of reasonably priced vehicles and don't play games. We would consider buying from them again. Traveled from Dupage country to buy from the little guy. Best decision we made. Thanks again Joseph and Cesar for a great car buying experience.

I purchased a vehicle from this dealer. The dealership was not huge and fancy, but the vehicles on the lot looked decent and the price was very reasonable. The dealers that helped me with my purchase was Jay and Farhad. They were both friendly and helpful. Jay actually stayed past closing to wait for me to come back to the lot to close the deal. If you need a decent vehicle at a decent price, and you dont want to feel overcharged on the price, stop by and see these guys.

Actually financed the '09 Accord. The owner was really nice. Went pretty fast compared to the big dealerships. They didn't leave us sitting there for hours wondering what's going on like other dealerships always do. They seemed really honest. We didn't even bother trying to chew the price down because it was a great deal. Not over priced like the big dealerships. Can you tell I don't like dealerships! Would definitely go back to this place. Thanks guys

I live in TX and was looking at an older SUV unit online, (it was a want,
not a need) at around $1700 so I was very concerned about rust and
shipping vs. plane ticket and the drive back.
I forget his name, but he said, "don't do either, it's not worth it."
He has to be the most honest car salesman on the freakin planet. I hope
