I went to Fairless Motors to look at the 2018 Black Yukon but it ended up not being the truck for me. Nice but had a few things/noises I didn't like. I saw a 2017 Yukon Denali on the lot. Test drove. Purchased. Next morning started hearing noises, a rattle, underneath and it was shifting very hard and with noise. Long story short, Rick took care of things out of company pocket, I was out the truck 2 weeks but in the end he made it right and I LOVE the truck - it's a beauty inside and out!! Really a great place, kind staff (Jayden, salesman was awesome! Will in shop/parts/etc was great too). I would def recommend them but def pay attention to what you are test driving, listen w/out radio, etc. at ANY dealer when buying used. Thank you Fairless Motors!

Amazing experience! Great dealer all around. They gave me top dollar for my trade, got me done zero down and I was in and out with no problems ! When they say family owned and operated . They mean it, I felt like family while I was there and it was amazing. I loved every bit of my buying experience. Will be coming back !

The owner is a rude person, the sales people talk constantly, over the customer and each other, and make excuses to cover the bad attitude and poor customer service of the dealership and the owner. I came to look at the Porsche Panamera as scheduled, it was full of the owners personal belongings, including his shoes, clothes, trash and used face masks and tissues... I didn’t want to even sit in the car. This overall was a terrible experience, but like the sales people repeatedly said, must have been because the AC has been broken in the building so I should expect people to be short and have bad customer service interactions...

This dealer is very professional . Will my sales guy was very knowledgeable about my vehicle. No presser . Very nice and polite. I met the owner Don and he bent over backwards for me. We both knew I wanted the car. He offered me a fair price for my trade. Jay walked me out the door and gave me the background on the vehicle. This dealer have a very professional team. It shows. I went to another dealer the same day and the service was awful. When I got home I called Don the owner and told him to get the car ready I want to buy it from him . I picked up the car last night and it was a smooth transaction . I would buy another car from Fairless Motors.

Lied to me 3 times first time said I have repo on report I called bank they verified no repo told them then it became charge off called the bank again said it's not showing a charge off either I told them that they pointed out a code on the report said it's a charge off code when I got home I got my Equifax and trans union ( which the code was on ) they both say closed no balance Iooked the code up on trans union and the code means 30-90 says past due they told me it was a charge off code
So don't go there for a car liars are they
