Don’t trust pictures by this dealer. We traveled from Minnesota to purchase this Audi A4 only to find the car had three dents that Milo never mentioned to me. His excuse was the car was dirty and he didn’t see them. Funny it must have been clean for the photos. One dent looked like a 3 year old fixed it. Paint had run marks down the side of the door. Very disappointed. Do a good job of verifying the quality of the car your looking at before traveling to see this dealer.

Unfortunately, this dealership deals in lower rated vehicles. They look good on the ad but when you show up not so good. I won't look at any other vehicles they advertise.

The staff follow up and customer service has been excellent! They have worked with me and offer a good truck at a great price. Above and beyond.

I could not have ever imagined a worse experience with looking at a vehicle! There are many factors that kept compounding one after the other, including a test drive attempt where the vehicle's "engine warning light" said to turn off the engine immediately. After a long drive to get to the car lot ( which they knew I was traveling to get there) the sales person had us promptly get into a different dirty vehicle to drive across Salem, to show me a car that was supposed to be "excellent" only to have no coolant, with warning light to shut off engine, and a streaming oil leak. The vehicle then did not look anything like the pictures that were posted, and the vehicle was filthy dirty! Then we had to ride back across Salem to get back to my vehicle to leave, with the other sales Men at the original lot being pushy and condescending and rude once we arrived back to our car to leave. Truly the list of terrible cars and absolutely poor business behavior is seemingly never ending!!

Was fast and easy process.

Automated response when I inquired. If that's how they want their first impression to be, then I can imagine how the rest of the process would go.

Vehicle looted good but upon reviewing the CARFAX and determining that the Vehicle had accidents I decided not to pursue anything further on that vehicle.

John was awesome we drove all the way to Salem from Lapine Oregon the Trailblazer was just about every car on the lot with an Immaculate condition one problem came up with the heater blower which would have been a deal-breaker but he had it taken care of the next next day and then deliver the car 3 hours away you can't ask for a better car buying experience than him thanks.

Put in an application online as they asked me to when I called, they said they would get back to me by the next day but never called. I tried calling them a few times but always got voicemail, a week later I was finally able to talk to someone and they said they would look over my app and call me in an hr. That was two days ago and still no call.

Some of the greatest people I've ever had the pleasure of doing business with. Being a first time buyer with no credit I was kind of worried about how buying a car would go but it didn't even phase these guys. They genuinely cared about me and the used vehicle I was purchasing and they have definitely earned my business. Come give them a visit!!

The guys at Universal were great. They responded to my email quickly, allowed me to do as much over the phone as possible since I wasn't able to get onto the lot right away, due to the type of work I do. John and Bud were very nice. The car I wanted was sold by the time I was able to come sign the paperwork, however they had a better than comparable option for me which I ended up buying. They worked with me on the price, were informative about the process, and it was quick and painless. Negatives: There were one or two very small issues that came up, but they were handled. The only thing that I think could have been better would have been if the car had been detailed a little better and washed. Other than that, they were great.
