Called the dealership about the Corvette and expressed interest to purchase the car with 30-day warranty. I was promised a call back which never occurred. I called a 2nd time to learn that the dealership could not provide any warranty because of serious issues I cannot share on-line. Will never contact this dealership again!

Fairey Chevrolet out of Orangeburg SC was Awesome in all ways. Michelle sold me from start. She was fast with responses and clarified numerous questions. Ty the financial guy. Was also great. Got me a great rate considering the times were in. With many options to choose from & Explained everything clearly. I lost count how many vehicles I purchased. But this was one of best experiences I have had. I drove 2hrs away with no regrets.

Quick response.
Purchased the truck in the picture. Best in and out surface in my 38 years of buying cars. We did everything over the phone, to include estimating my trade in. Which by the way was not low balled (it fell right in the middle of the range that both Kelly Blue Book and the online Chevrolet estimator said it should be). It was shinning like a brand new penny, with a full tank of gas, when I arrived at the dealership. No joke, I was in and out in 20 minutes. If you are in the market for a Chevrolet or a Cadillac, call Mary or Joseph Fairey (sales Manager) to see if they can help you before calling others. I will buy there again.

The best dealership I've ever done business with!! They made my car buying process super easy and painless! My husband and I made an hour long trip from our home to their lot and before we arrived they had everything ready to go for us so all we had to do was sign the paperwork and drive off in the new car!! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!!

Very prompt response
I test drove car and liked it but the low tire pressure light would not go off. They were going to fix
and call me. I called weekly to ask about it and they were still working on it. Then all of a sudden
they sold it after i was told they were fixing car for me and i had first right of purchase.

Hi Scott, I am sorry that there was miscommunication between us, but being that the vehicle in question was 15 years old, we were having a hard time obtaining all the parts to fix some of the issues you had with the Tahoe.The Tahoe ended up being sold as-is without all of the issues you had with it being fixed. Again, I apologize if it we did not keep you informed on the status of the repairs, but we cannot hold or reserve vehicles from other customers without payment.

I really liked the car. I actually considered
getting it. I made an appt or come back the
following Wednesday to work out a deal and at
the last minute, I was unable to come back.
The sale mans told me the car was sold that
morning by someone else. I wasn't stressed
about the sale and congratulated him on his
sale. He did tell me that he had another car
with less miles but cost more. By that time I
was a bit discouraged but curious about the
other car. I go to the lot and low and behold,
the original car was still there and the newer
car wasn't. I do not know if this is a standard
practice for dealers to say a vehicle has been
sold and it hasn't been sold and offer a more
expensive vehicle in its place. Either way I will
not be using this establishment to purchase
my next car.

Ty was very very helpful and honest
about all aspects and condition of the
minivan.if I were going to send
someone there I would tell them to deal
with Ty the salesman.
Only thing I didn't like was it's the
dealership policy to only fill up cars if
used with half a tank,but I got it almost
on empty.I didn't like my first stop being
the gas station.this was not Tys issue
it's the GM from my understanding.but
that's a small issue.it was a nice place
to do business.

Overall, this was the best car buying experience we have ever had. The dealer drove the car to our house, left it with us for a couple days to try out, did all the paper work and drove us back the keys to call it ours. No haggle and no hassel, just the easiest and most convenient experience you could imagime!

AMAZING!!! Contacted them and they responded not even 2 hours later! We arranged for me to look at their 2010 Chevy Equinox on a Saturday (I already knew it was the one), but they close at noon and I'm almost two hours away. We left pretty late and knew we wouldn't make it in time, but my husband insisted we called and asked if they'd be able to help us anyway. Not only did they stay after an ENTIRE HOUR they closed, but they did all the paperwork over the phone while we were on our way, and by the time we got there, they only needed my signature and to hand me the keys. We even made an AWESOME deal over the phone!! I spoke with Ty and Verne, but Verne was my main salesman. Everyone was unbelievably kind, courteous, and happy to see us. I wouldn't just call Verne a salesman, I'd call him a friend. Both me and my husband will be going there again for our next car. It's definitely worth your trip to visit Fairey Chevrolet Cadillac.

Wow, I actually forgot that I emailed these guys! I erased the automated email that they responded with and never received another. Which, evidently, is the way that most of these placed do business. I mean, if you are going to neglect your Internet market then don't waste our time by advertising here, it's just giving you a bad reputation. At least have someone respond, he'll even the janitor of your dealership has a cell-phone, get them to respond! Anybody, really!
