Jacob, based off of reputations of Law Enforcement Officers and a Car Dealership, you would think one is honest due to their line of work and we are the dishonest ones. We all know that all used vehicles are different but to say you had a poor experience dealing with us is a slap in the face considering all these facts:

Our initial conversation over the phone, you was informed the vehicle was salvage and it was biohazard. Hence why the 2015 Subaru Forester XT with 27K miles was sold at $12,900. Which is lower than the normal $20K+ it retails for or the $17,500 it shows on NADA Clean Trade.

I clearly told you the vehicle was taken apart by the previous dealer and they could not do a proper cleaning of the vehicle. Why they resent it back to auction after owning the car for 2 years and I had my guy spend a week on the vehicle.

1) You wanted to take the car to a mechanic and had it for 5 days down in Pueblo. We never complained that you had too long.

2) You brought the car back the 1st time. Left it in the middle of our lot. Took off with the keys all the way to Pueblo. Was called and texted 3x. Claimed to not have the keys. We spent $300 dollars to pay for new keys. Then you called and said you had the keys after 3 days. We should of charged you for it since it was your fault. We decided not to.

3) You had a very long list of things you wanted done. I didn't even ask you for a deposit to do these things to your liking. We spent over $800 dollars to do these things. A normal dealership, when dealing with someone as petty as you, would of asked for a non refundable deposit to get your list of things you want done before purchasing. All this little stuff you claimed like Aux Hookup, New Tires being put on, Alignment, etc. you wanted done, WE DID THEM out of our pocket.

4) We dropped the car for you in Pueblo on a Saturday night because you said you had to get it to your mechanic on Monday morning. We told you we need the car back by Thursday or Friday, your off day.

5) Wednesday night comes around and you finally call. Said you wanted us to come get the car on Saturday because your wife has our car, was out of town, and WON'T BE BACK TIL LATE FRIDAY.

6) When we told you we need to get the vehicle back by Saturday, you made every excuse of not being able to drive to us, so we had to go to Colorado Springs to pick up our vehicle.

As a former member of the Armed Services, I really hope you disclose all the facts when dealing with people like I do. Karma and honesty goes a long way. I really didn't have to jump thru all these hurdles when dealing and catering to you.
